True I'm completely and utterly baffled with it all... trying to apply logic to gain common sense and I'm more confused with the whole case x

I think they need a lot more evidence to even charge CB. The German prosecutor wants to get his appeal as much attention as possible IMO because they messed up in 2013. If they don't get enough on CB and have to release him from jail they are going to have a huge diplomatic scandal.

Some highlights:
- CB's friend had absolutely no idea about his terrible doings
- after the Mccanns had made an appeal in a talk show on TV in 2013, the police was tipped about CB
- that's when German police made the mistake by sending CB that letter about wanting to know more about MM's disappearance
- photos of childporn and children playing in playgrounds were found in his house (don't remember which house)
- CB buried his faithful dog rolled up in a blanket in his own back yard. He also buried those disgusting USB's under the corpse of his dog

I said in a previous thread - maybe he fed the USB to the dog and it only reappeared after the dog decomposed - is that still an option, or does it clearly say that it was under the dog bones?

He'd left other dogs in the kiosk to die from another report.
His 'beloved' dog was buried - that could indicate a real attachment to this particular animal - a burial which in itself is a process from death to grief - shall we say a more 'human' act compared to the rest of the depravity he displayed. Did he bury the memory stick to bury that part of his life when his beloved pet died too?

OR was he just hiding evidence? Why would he bury the images etc that he needed for his depraved fantasies.

Without delving into this too much and I'm sure some this act is bound to be explored by LE interviews and I'm sure IF he's interviewed this COULD act as a hook to get into a slither of conscience IF there is one.

This is speculation of course...but it wouldn't surprise me if they found/have video footage or pictures of her being molested or even dead.

I think it is but it's irresponsible IMO. People have been speculating on here and could work out this possibility too....but what is said on Sky News will get repeated as truth all over the media. Apparently Brunt has deleted his story from yesterday about the letter.

He works for Sky News as their Crime Reporter, he does get stuck in, but I'm not sure it's his job to catch criminals, report on them 'yes'.
