I really don’t know coz I never clicked into them, but seemed as though top description was some kind of *advertiser censored* but underneath was like description of news articles we have been reading re CB...it’s all very strange, to me anyway.

Actually, the X marks definitely were carved into the ground, as shown in this photo taken on 04/11/2018. According to the website containing this photo, they are meant to represent 'peace' signs, put there by the hippies who frequent that beach:

Wow CB was chasing the sheep of the neighbour.... with the knowledge of his perversions we can all have an idea what he wanted to do with the sheep.

Do we know anything about his childhood? His deviant behavior would be alarming enough if he were a serial abuser, rapist, murderer of only one type of victim. However, he seems more than willing to target anything, from the system (illegal drug distribution), to MM and females of all ages, to sheep!!!

I'm very curious about his formative years-NOT that it would excuse anything in the slightest. It just might help me sleep a little better at night, still believing that there are usually signs we can recognize if we're vigilant enough. I don't want to believe that some people, despite a happy, loving home in which their needs are met, grow into monsters like this. But I have to concede that all of our advances in medicine and science and social science not withstanding, sometimes there just aren't any answers for why abusers, rapists, and murderers do what they do.

If they had that, they'd surely be all over charging this guy, no? Wouldn't that constitute definitive proof that he took her or was working with someone else who did? If they had that, why the hold up on charging him? Also, I'm super doubtful that they'd release such a photo to the media. It would tip their hand to him and his lawyers as to what they do or do not have, and they are avoiding doing this. They're avoiding it so much they haven't charged or interviewed CB yet.

You would think they would be charging him if they had that kind of evidence, but German LE are l believe hoping to charge him with MM murder not her abduction? Perhaps LE already know he will admit to taking Maddie & having her in the VW...maybe CB will say he kidnapped her for someone else and she sold her on?(Similar to what MT said when he spoke to media) and that MM was alive when he last saw her? Maybe they don't yet have enough evidence yet to charge him with murder but have enough evidence to charge him with her abduction? Imo they will not charge him until case is watertight. But it’s also possible they don’t have that kind of evidence at all.

Yes, I saw D's post but I think people are getting their wires crossed here. The original question was about whether CB was living in Foral at the time of MM to which someone replied about these "neighbours" saying he didn't. But those are different neighbours, the ones who lived next to the Farmhouse in PDL. That's why I asked.

If this was shared through footage someone may have recognised the area and its become some kind of sick paedophile pilgrimage..someones visited and marked the place,or it could be nothing.Has this area ever been searched does anyone know?

In this RTP's report "Sexta às 9" they say he lived there from July 2016 to September 2016...

ETA: that's very confusing because that couple talks about him like things happened in 2007, but tthey said he lived there in 2016. Other interesting facts: CB hided a stolen car from Germany in which he fled from Germany (in 1995????), no details about the car, and they say BP was his best friend and that they knew each other perhaps since he arrived in Portugal, they say GNR last week inspected BP's illegal scrapyard, but they say it's in Barrocal (not SBM??).
