Wow...I wasn't aware of how many people who were found NCR for their murders in the past decade. Schizophrenia seems to be the winning diagnosis. But hey...if they want to lock him up for life in the psychiatric section of a penitentiary, that's fine too. Just make sure he never walks among us again. Even on a day pass.

I still don't believe he qualifies though. There was no spontaneous voices urging him on. He planned this for months, even had a trial run.

If anything, he is a sociopath. His escalation from harming and torturing animals to humans as well as many other characteristics show this. I am familiar with schizophrenia and this planning and escalation doesn't fit. JMO

The naked man's identity wasn't immediately revealed and it wasn't known if he will testify.
Bouthillier said the other nine minutes of Magnotta's video shows Lin's dead body on the same bed, tied up in the same way and in a similar position as the previous man.
