A Washington detective took notice and remembered a woman he had arrested for prostitution in Washington state. Suffolk police located her estranged family and obtained DNA samples to compare. Seven months after her body was found, she was identified as 20-year-old Jessica Taylor.
 
I think it's all a bit easier and more obvious then everyone think--too much over thinking. I think LE knows too. But they have to play their cards right. You only have one chance at trying someone. You also have to have proof.

I have thought the same thing. For awhile he was on my short list but I took him off because it started to feel like a witch hunt. I had to reasses. I just don't see the real "evidence" to support it
 
I have considered that he was involved in both the Manorville and OB murders and someone who was an accomplice or knew he was the SK and wanted him caught tried to set him up, if you can call it that, with the comment at Vitals and by planting Shannan's possessions close to his backyard. I keep coming back to him because there are just too many coincidences, starting with Tina Foglia being dismembered with a surgeon's precision. MOO

Hmmmm... that's an interesting thought. I didn't put the Vitals in the mix, but with that... the comment was like May 10, 2010. Someone wanted to ring the bell on him only 9 days later...
 
Except that the comment posted about CPH on the Vitals website was on May 11, 2010, and it just so happened that after NEVER receiving any feedback on that website, he suddenly receives the negative "sounds like he is drunk or high" comment only TWO DAYS after being visiting by the angry group from Ellenville, NY looking for SG and putting up fliers.

It is only my opinion (and I would bet the shirt off my back) that if CPH asked Vitals to show the IP address origin of that comment about him that was posted 5/11/10, it would trace right back up to the Roundout Reservoir Castkill Mountain Region (which would prove that someone from the Ellenville Clan couldn't find any negative dirt on the doc so they took it upon themselves to create something).

Wonder if that will make it's way into the court room. :waitasec:

That was my initial thought. You may be right about that.

Like Redbird, my mind goes back to Tina Foglia... before the internet, before more bodies... the detail of "surgeon's precision" made its way into the article about it. It was probably CPH's first kill and after the family went looking for her so quickly, he chose a more vulnerable pool of women.

OK, so I DID read Wash DC. It just struck me that she was from Wash State - her parents probably live there - if anyone was going to report her missing, it would have been her family in Wash. I don't think she was reported missing and that proves my point - the SK did his research: working girls + family out of state. Once again, I say that the girls knew him from past dealings and trusted him. MOO

You are aware, that the Port Authority bus terminal is the next bus terminal nearest to Hell's Kitchen, the private clubs and the hotels 46th street and around? So, you're talking about an area, thousands of prostitutes frequent and therefore thousands of Johns per year. Basically, you find skid row there as well as the hotels, internet escorts use to meet with Johns, they made out with and you find the private clubs which are split mostly between this part of Manhattan and Brooklyn since the police tried to break down especially the niche business in the late 80s and early 90s. Seems, there are around half a dozen more or less sado-maso oriented clubs nearby. So, despite the physical vicinity, we talk here about different layers of business, which seem not too much overlap as far as it comes to the girls.
