In Jan of `99 she would have barely been 20...definitely on the high end of the estimate.

She has prominent ears and her eyes slant slightly downward. Teeth are slighly mottled, dentals are available. I don't really think MJD is her.

She would have been 18 at the time of MJD's incident, born 1980.
The big thing that stood out for me was that she had a severe hearing impairment which required the use of a hearing aid; she wasn't wearing the aid at the time of abduction, but she can read lips.

Her disappearance could be tied to Michaela Garecht's, Ilene Misheloff, and Amanda Campbell.

She could kinda look like MJD's morgue photo, but the hearing impairment thing really sticks out to me.

Interesting....she was 11 at the time of her disappearance, at the time of MJD's incident she would have been 18.

She has a chicken pox mark between her eyes and a birthmark on her right arm below her elbow. She also has a mole on her back.

Dental X-rays available. She has a gap in her front teeth.

She was heading towards a bus stop when a car made a u-turn by her containing a man and a woman. The woman pulled her inside the vehicle and it sped off.

The circumstances surrounding her disappearance make me think it's likely not her but one never knows.

It seems like it would be VERY difficult to hoist an unconscious person up and out the window of the car.

That could be, but what would be their motive behind pushing MJD out the window? It doesn't seem to me that they would really have a reason to do this unless he clobbered her in the face or something and wanted to cover it up.

I think Michaela looks a lot like her, but it seems like she'd be too old to be MJD. And ME seems pretty confident that she was on the younger end of the age spectrum..

Except teeth, as far as we know, do not match up, and the age would definitely make her too old.

I got your message this morning. We are still working on the story, but it is not something I'm going to be able to get on the air next week.
The detective that has re-opened the case needs to get media approval to talk to us. Until he gets that, I really can't do the story. I'd like to interview him and the original detective first, then one or two of the sluthers. Everyone is on my radar and the story is still something we are pursuing, it just takes a little time.

This is fantastic news Christine. Also, if they reopen the case, it will be great because then they would be working on a cold case (some of the PD's tend to let their retired officers do these files after they get bored from being retired). Oh, and thanks .

If Alonzo and Lindsey wanted to "get rid" of MJD - for whatever reason, I just cannot believe they would have just thrown her out the window on a highway where there were witnesses. This is the reason I believe MJD did jump of her own accord. Not that it's really relevent to what we're doing here.

Also, if - AND I MEAN IF - MJD was Michaela or any other child who was abducted as a young child, we can pretty much safely assume that she did not necessarily receive the best of care. That could easily explain a smaller stature or more child-like physical structure, but it could not explain the good dentals or the jewelry - IMHO. Still, I find it nearly impossible to believe we will find MJD on any of the missing persons boards. It's been 9 1/2 years FGS - it surely seems NO ONE IS LOOKING FOR HER!!! IMO - there is a reason. I think we must rely on Kelly Lipsey and/or the other girls he transported by him for prostitution. Or Robin Angers, who seems to have been the ONLY person in this story - so far - who ever gave a c--p about trying to save this little girl.

Especially if MJD is listed missing as a very young child abducted by a parent who already has a warrant out.

We also had a case here of two never married parents where a parent took the child and "presumed or default" custody via the parent receiving court ordered child support was denied the ability to file a missing persons report. That alone was NOT enough to file a missing persons report. Incorrectly so, but that is how it was treated by LE at the time.

There were witnesses in trucks who saw MJD exit the car, who called for help and stopped at the scene. They were interviewed by LE. HTH

Good point Cubby. But again - I do not believe MJD was ever reported missing - whatever the circumstances. We know - from reading these boards - there are plenty of crappy parents out there. It's entirely possible her parents were happy to see her go. I strongly believe Wisconsin is the direction in which we should be looking.... I don't care who her family is or what their problems are, their daughter/grand-daughter/niece/sister/friend is dead and they need to step up!

ITA Cubby. It's hard for me to understand how/why nearly 10 years later - we are still trying to find out who MJD was. I believe LE did not anticipate that as well - and maybe that's why they did not initially investigate this as they should have. Still - here we are. I do believe that we will figure it out. Somewhere in the world - someone knows MJD.

the ONLY thing I could find on her was something from MILWAUKEE

I found more on the sister M***** Schill and I believe they were defanately from Milwaukee

Kind of ODD they tested a girl from Milwaukee against MJD....what are the odds

Going back to my theory about her not being conscious, I should say "not being fully conscious". If she were "dazed" by a blow to the head, she may not have been fully aware of what was going on around her and therefore wouldn't be "dead weight" when "helped" out the window. (I agree, it would be difficult to toss a completely unconscious person out of the window.) The only reason I come back to this, is this could be a scenario that would explain why she "exited" a vehicle with very little damage to her hands AND why ADF and LDJ would not come forward with any information. Getting probation for "hit and run death/injury" is a heck of a lot better than a life sentence for murder 1. JMO
