So does anyone have any photos of KL or AF? I've searched everywhere for something and couldn't find anything! I think this would be very beneficial because we may be able to contact the owner of the car dealership and see which of them, if either, jog his memory.

On a side note, there are lots of group homes for girls in the Chicagoland area. My friend's sister was a ward of the state and lived in a group home during her teenage years (I don't recall the name). I know there are group homes in the Great Lakes, IL and North Chicago, IL areas which are maybe 15-20 minutes from Wisconsin. I wonder if we should look into group homes for wards of the state???

Lipsey is a common name. If you do a zaba search you will find lots of them all over the place.

I did a search on Family Watchdog for sexual offenders with the last name of Lipsey I came up with 4 predators 1 in Wisconsin 1 in Indiana 1 in New Jersey and the fourth one was a white guy in Texas. There are no current charges or any ones pending.

I did an archive newspaper search for my local Indianapolis newspaper and there was an article about the Lipsey here in Indiana. He was charged and convicted of Molesting an 11 yr old girl in his home.

I found a MAP of the CirCuit they travel and where they recruit the girls
maybe she could be from the triangle area, from seattle on down....Lindsay was from Wash.

Within this thread, I posted the locations and convictions of the Lipsey's that I believe may have a connection to the KL involved in this case. The only reason I believe they MIGHT be connected is because it is way too convenient that they all have been convicted of charges involving sexual crimes against children, including child solicitation, and they're all from the same general region!!!

To recap:

Wisconsin- XXXXX Lipsey - African American Male - Convicted of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child

Illinois - XXXXX Lipsey - African American Male - Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault of a 14 year old girl

Indiana - XXXXX Lipsey - African American Male - Child Solicitation

I got this information off of each respective states' sex offender registries. I also searched other Great Lakes states including Minnesota, Michigan, and Iowa.

Like I've said in previous posts, I have NO IDEA if they're connected or related or what. I'm merely just exploring other options that may get us on the path to getting MJD identified.

He's not required to register as a sex offender because this was an Attempted Kidnapping case, not a sex offense. The other charges of child prostitution and sexual conduct with a minor were dismissed (shown below). I wonder why........

Also from the same site, KL was released (not sure when) however, he broke probation and had to go to court on 10/1/2004 for probation violation.
