At a sidebar now. The defense is trying to have all of the texts from the phone download considered, instead of the few selected by the state. The state is objecting to the witness saying the whole timeline report looks like it hasn’t been altered and is a copy of what he downloaded.

Defense is asking Stout about the messages retrieved from the phone.

He questioned him on the messages sent on May 9, 2015. One read, "Did you get mail?" and the other read, "Did you mail marriage license?"

They were sent within minutes of each other to Curtis Wright's phone.
