#SieversTrial - Wright got four of his neighbors to sign affidavits that he was in Missouri at the time of the murder. Attorney asked if Wright asked his neighbors to lie, he said no, it was several weeks later - he suggested the timing - he admits to manipulating his neighbors.

Mummert asked Wright "You have never taken a polygraph test for this case have you?"

Wright said, "No I haven't."

HYPOTHETICALS, really??? "So Mr. Wright, you have never landed a shuttle on the surface of the moon, correct sir??"

That is a cheap and amateurish question by MM. He better get smarter if he wants to do a good job against CWW!!
My point is,it doesn't make any difference, CWW does not have control of whether or not the prosecution demanded one....AND THE RESULTS AREN'T ADMISSIBLE ANYWAY!!!!!
(That is amateur mistake #2 by MM. In my opinion. This is not a bush league DUI case. This is a high profile murder case. Step up your game.)

I agree it’s a silly question, but it is relevant. It’s part of his plea deal that he would lose if he failed a polygraph. Which says to me that State attorneys don’t think he’s telling the whole truth, they don’t want him to take a polygraph. They need him to look credible.

Short break, back on the record with Michael Mummert cross examining Wright where we just learned he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder after a traffic crash. #trialtweets #NBC2CourtCoverage #TeresaSievers #MarkSieversontrial

Yesterday you testified that you've been disabled since 2005?" asked Defense.

Wright agreed.

Wright says he suffered a traumatic brain injury during a car accident that led to him to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

I cannot watch because of prior commitments so those that can see anything, especially MS false tears....can anyone see jurors reactions, his attorneys reactions, etc? Has any of the tweets been about false tears? Is it real obvious ?

IMO..all those notes ....possibly written in German so no one can read them...I feel MS thinks he is a lawyer.

thanks everyone for input I have to go....will try and sneak back on during the day.

Everyone has a different perspective so you would really have to rewatch yourself. I thought his emotions have seemed authentic. He had veins popping out of his yesterday when listening to CWW, he’s clearly upset and angry. Only he knows what he’s upset about.
Juror reactions aren’t on the livestream. Audience is limited.

@winknews Somewhat borrowing a moment from Jimmy Rodger's defense team last month, Sievers' attorney asked Wright about seeing Teresa's family at her funeral. "When you saw her kids did you tell them, 'I'm really sorry I murdered your mother'?" #SieversTrial @winknews

Mummer just asked Wright if he want's to help the jury and provide them with as much information as possible. He said yes.

He asked if he thought it would be helpful to see the video of your proffer?

The State objected and the Judge sustained.
