I respect your opinion. And I agree with some things you said. But.. he wasn't arrested. A summons was issued because someone made a complaint. The charges were dropped. That doesn't necessarily prove he has a violent history or a history of rage. And many times people are NOT guilty of assault but they are found guilty in a court of law. It does go both ways and happens more often than we would like to believe.

Keep in mind that there are plenty of cases where one parent is just a little better at portraying the one to be the bad guy than the one being made into a bad guy is at proving the other is not the great parent they say. And in the end it's always the kids that suffer.

And on that note it appears the other twin might have found her mom. Wonderful! As if these kids have not seen enough :(

Might not be speculation. It is a rumor on social media that she did turn him in. But then it's also being said that she was trying to bail him out too.

I'll admit I really can't find much sympathy for her. I just can't. Not one bit. But I do think TV is just as much to blame for what these kids have gone through, and will have to deal with for the rest of their lives. He could have gotten his act together and been the better parent to be awarded custody. Instead he waits until the inevitable happens because of her constant bad choices and then just grabs one and runs, possibly causing her death in the process :banghead:

In Maryland, the person making the complaint can't drop the charges. The State or County files charges, naming the victim as "complainant". Only in Civil cases is the complainant called a "Plaintiff". Even if the complainant chooses not to testify, the state can present other evidence to secure a conviction. If the allegation is the only evidence, of course, the case falls apart if the victim refuses to testify.

Yes that actually crossed my mind late last night but I thought that LE would be able to determine whether someone 5.0 ft or 6.0 ft did it based on cuts, location etc. I would also think the Mom could overpower her and IF she still was able to kill her - the Dad would know she probably had a good case given her situation and may not have run....??

What I also thought of was...what if he convinces her to take the blame....knowing she is under 18, abused, etc. and would not be sentenced to the full extent as he would....but again I think forensic results could determine who the killer was.

You are right - no excuses. She said a few times how DC was going to take care of her and her children...love truly is blind I guess. When I read her FB page -i couldn't help but think she was also trying to make the ex husband jealous in some way especially since her SIL was reading and did comment.

But Caitlyn is the focus here so I'll digress and remember not to judge....

Like you, I do hold hope that he is not intending any harm towards Caitlyn. I think this man is a fighter with an ego and he is not going to take that way out especially with DC still out there. He has a vendetta with DC and wrong or not - I am hoping that rage keeps him alive to want to see DC pay for his own crimes. Don't mean to be funny but maybe the best punishment for both is the same jail cell.
 
I think they are heading towards Mexico and were trying to get out of MD ASAP.
 
I'd bet that picture was taken near or around Garysburg too.
 
Curious why there is no Amber Alert in Virginia. Knowing they are already in NC answers that question.
 
Just wanted to thank those for providing the updates. I was unable to watch. I was with my family this morning because on this date every year we visit the graveside of my baby cousin who was taken from us at 3 months old. It is a very hard year especially because I lost a very dear friend a month ago unexpectedly and an acquaintance a week later. As we were there today, we lit a candle and said a prayer for Caitlyn. It pains me that my family is without our baby and this family is missing their baby is well. It sickens me everyday when I read the illegal choices people make.

We all have choices to make in life. We have the right ones and the wrong ones. Parents need to start making the right ones, so their babies will be safe and protected!

I agree about the picture of the car. I'm still trying to figure out why another car with a woman and a child was given? Nothing in the presser indicated that LE thought cars were changed!

The borders, quite frankly, in Texas suck. They could get across with ease in the right area/city.

YES! I finally figured out today that they got dressed in Halloween costumes for the wedding (at least I think that's what happened by the description). Last night -I thought that was his normal look until today I enlarged the picture and saw the dress, makeup etc.

If I were to ever go on the run ,I think the outer banks this time of year would be the place for me.

Side job repairing things and getting ready for the season ,lots of people just watching the ocean and relaxing ,kids are always plenty and excused from school due to families being there ,out of state tags are not even blinked at.

I wouldnt aim for mexico. Key west..outbanks or southern Georgia.

However I guess it depends on his plans or if he has any.
 
I wonder how much cash TV has on him? That Durango is going to go through a lot of gas. If he uses a cc or debit card it'll show up and I'm sure LE has to be watching his accounts at this point. Maybe that's why they're sure they're in NC?

I would lay very low for a while and agree with you - I'd pick a touristy area. Then maybe gradually move further south or west. (there is a relative in El Paso)....but eventually I would not be able to put my child through all that and I'd have to call a lawyer and see what could be done.
 
From reading her FB, someone named Danny had a lot of comment convos w/ her, but seems to have deleted all his comments. She says he is her "male BFF" that she was thankfully reunited w/ due to FB.
Is that her husband?
