Yep and him being handcuffed behind his back means he was either kicking, head butting or throwing his body around.
If he did this to himself..
He might have just planned for some scraps and bruises.

The wagon made a stop that was previously unknown to investigators. Found via a private cctv. hmm

news conference on now not sure who is talking(police commissioner) but he said that there was a stop that was not previously known about that they found about it was on a private camera.

I was thinking same thing..hmmmm...now really makes me wonder about the relative who gave the interview last night and the leaked police report. Sounds like someone is really trying to cover their butt.

I'm gonna bet he is NOT telling the kids to run from the police. Just watched that Hannity video and saw Gray's attorney tells his kids to run from the police.

Sorry, but that is just about the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Making his case.

I am not sure. They released the name of the officers but I am not sure if they released the roles they played in the arrest and transport.

At about 30 seconds you will see a list of their names and ages. I am going with the younger ones being the bike riders, and maybe one of the older ones being the driver, then there is a Lt. and a Sgt. jmo idk my mind likes to do the process of elimination.

Do we know if some or all of them were in The transport van?

It doesn't make sense to me that all 6 were in The van?

As far as I know the 6 are the van driver the 3 officers on bikes and a Lt and a Sgt. I am not sure who is who, but knowing their names and ages and knowing that their names show up on the Md judiciary,

I looked up their names and looking at which ones are actively making arrest and which ones are not you can narrow it down. jmo idk

Not looking good for the van driver. If there was legitimate reason for the stop why didn't they mention it?

And IMO this is why the relative came forward yesterday.

Does the woman show up as making arrests? Because in fraternal orgs women often end up in roles like this. Also the person that came forward did not use a pronoun IIRC. That is hard to do. If they were talking about a man and used a pronoun, he still wouldn't have identified who they were referencing. But with only one woman it would totally id her.

According to CNN the new stop was the actual 2nd stop and was before the other prisoner was added.

first stop was to deal with FG, then the new stop, then later picked up new prisoner. Which stop applied leg irons? Was that the first stop?

Here is a map BPD provided showing where everything happened at.

Bumping this map up. If anyone is good with maps, maybe they could make a new one with Freemont and Mosher added in as the second stop.

Has it been said where they were taking Freddie after he was arrested? Was the police station the destination or was Central Bookings? Looking at the vans route, I would think Central Bookings but they end up at the police station after picking up the 2nd prisoner.

Statement From SAO on Receiving BPD Investigation

The State’s Attorney’s Office has in fact received the hardcopies of the Baltimore Police Department’s investigative file; however, the results of their investigation is not new to us.

We have been briefed regularly throughout their process while simultaneously conducting our own independent investigation into the death of Freddie Gray. While we have and will continue to leverage the information received by the Department, we are not relying solely on their findings but rather the facts that we have gathered and verified. We ask for the public to remain patient and peaceful and to trust the process of the justice system.

State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby

Transport van- do they just keep driving around the neighborhood until they get full? At what point should they be heading to the station to discharge their prisoners?
