I'm not sure if she was there to walk or to jog, I think I saw previous mentions that she walked the trail usually. So if she walked, that's a long distance from where she parked to where she was found, so she would've been probably about 7pm or later around the area she was found (if where she was found was close to where she got attacked).
And I thought it was also mentioned that she usually did this trail routine at 6pm, so if she got there at 6:45, she was running late already?
So to go back the way she came to get to the parking lot (if nothing had happened), that would put her close to 8pm or later. And it would've been getting dark around that time, so the whole thing sounds bizarre, i.e., she had a regular walking routine on a trail where she would take almost 2 hours (ending close to dusk), knowing that women should be mindful of what could happen in secluded dark areas.
Anyway, all that's been confirmed is someone saw her at approx 6:45 starting out on her walk.
I don't think she was meeting up with anyone along the trail, as that would be really weird. If she was meeting up with anyone, she'd meet up with them at the parking lot.
