The reporter said the home is not yet being treated as a crime scene...hope this is not a mistake by LE that comes back to haunt them...if he is right.

not a crime scene but LE asked them to stay away for their investigation & they complied . . .

Just my two cents worth here but would like to point out: When a father or mother say that they put a baby to bed at a certain time and found out ten, twelve hours later that the baby is gone, that does not mean that the baby was actually asleep during all this time. The baby could have been screaming his or her head off most of these hours. If guests were over or drinking and partying was going on, the baby was most likely totally ignored.
As we have seen in this case as well as Lisa Irwin's case; the babies were put into their respective rooms early evening and then just ignored until morning time when it was noticed that the babies weren't in their rooms. Once again we are to believe that someone just decided to take a baby on the very night that people were over and plenty of activity was going on at the house. Strange, isn't it?

I have questions: Is the father employed? Had he started receiving a check from the state for Ayla? Did he find out about the mother going for full custody? I do think that he did find out about the mother seeking full custody and decided that just wasn't going to happen.

I do not think that it is just a coincidence that the mother was seeking full custody and the baby disappears immediately. She had been experiencing problems seeing Ayla. The father would not show up for the mother to see her own child.

Whoa ....... I was just back-tracking to catch up and just saw this :

I missed this and I thought I read all the links -- not questioning you at all, Clu, -- but do you know what interview Mom said this in ?

If Ayla did NOT make it to her appointment on Friday -- which is the day before Ayla went "missing" ...

IMO that should send up some BIG red flags ... Is is POSSIBLE that something happened to her on Friday ... and then the "cover-up" ? :waitasec:

MOO MOO and another MOO ...

I heard this too from Ayla's mom, but I don't remember what interview. You bring up a good point. When was the last time Ayla was seen by someone credible (& therein lies the problem)?

EDit: thanx askfornina

I SO agree with you! The people in whose care a child is, should be held accountable until the child is found!:furious:

Otherwise, what responsibilities do we need anyway? If there is no respect for life, care, and safety of a child or person under our care...where are the values that make life worthwhile?:maddening:

I don't think this makes as much sense as I would like it to...but it's coming from my heart more than from my brain!:seeya:

You mean like Elizabeth Smart's family? Or Jessica Lunsford's family? Or Sandra Cantu's family? Or Bree Rodreguiz's family? Or Jorelys Rivera's family? How about Lisa Irwin's family? I can go on & on & on . . .

REYNOLDS: Because her father has never had anything to do with her up until I needed to go and get a little bit of help for myself. And then when I left my daughter with my sister, that`s when he decided, You know what? I`m going to take Ayla.

And I want to put it out there that every time my daughter has gone with Justin, she would always come back with bruises on her or she had come back with a pulled muscle. And in the 18 months that I had had my daughter, not once did she ever end up missing, did she ever end up with a broken bone, did she ever miss a doctor`s appointment. And since she`s been with Justin, she has missed four appointments for shots. And this past Friday, she missed her bone specialist appointment.

:tyou: Thanks askfornina ! And Thanks again for the Timeline !

Soooooooo ... the day BEFORE Ayla goes "missing" she missed her doctor's appointment with the bone specialist ...

MOO ... My "Hinky Meter" just SHOT UP again !

I hope LE is looking into this ... because IMO JMO ... it may be RELEVANT to when Ayla REALLY WAS last seen ...

MOO ...

How many of those listed families were looked at closely by LE before they moved onto other suspects? How many of those families agreed to do whatever it took to find their missing children? How many of those families understood that LE was simply doing their jobs and that of course in a missing child/person case those closest to the victim are looked at first before LE can move forward?

My point? What has the father in this case done to show not only LE but also the public that he and his family/friends that were in that home did nothing to harm Ayla?

BBM: Yes -- CREDIBLE -- and NOT from someone at the house on Violette Street ...

I see the mother made this statement during her interview with NG ... Now how did I miss that statement from the Mom .. I don't know ... lol ... :innocent:

:waitasec: I find it very "telling" that LE has NOT released the NAMES of the people in the house on Violette that night ... and have NOT released the NAME of the female whose vehicle was brought to the lab ... :waitasec:

MOO ...

that is huge and needs to be looked into that right there could put the timeline at a different angle.

searching the garage at paternal gma's house . . . per NG

searching by the motel? and gym? Dumpsters beginning searched - where's the mom staying?

I keep having to remind myself that we are only hearing one side, the mothers. We have heard nothing from the father or his side, and quite honestly, it would not surprise me a bit to find out that the mother is not being completely truthful.

Friday was the day that mother filed custody papers, and she says that the father could not have known about that filing. She says they had not been communicating at that point. So, if the mother was not talking to the father, how did she know that Ayla had missed an appointment? She was not the custodial parent, and Ayla was not with her when the injury occurred, so unless someone dropped the ball or she has another contact within the fathers family, she should not have been able to find out about medical appointments or when and if they were missed. MOO.

I agree this is HUGE ...

And I hope LE checked on this and if NOT, they need to get on this pronto !

MOO ...

Not huge IMHO, it's the mother saying he did not take her - if she has not been talking with the father, how does she know he has not taken her to these appts?

Did the Dr office call her? wish we knew

If her arm is fractured, she needs the specialist (who's this gf?)

She said it on NG last night, I believe.

Hey, we'd love to hear from Daddy or his family...

Why does everyone want to apply THEIR potty training, cast wearing, bottle giving, parent participation, child checking NORMS to Ayla - which has not been HER norm? Just curious...IMOO

ETA - Cuz I did, and I'm taking it back...

BBM: Yes ... but I am sure HLN and the media would give him "equal time" IF he wanted it ...

IMO ... he does NOT want to talk to the media for some reason ... hmmm

BBM: Hmmm ... SPECULATING HERE ...

Maybe LE "slipped" and told her ...

Maybe the doctor's office contacted Trista since she is the biological mother of Ayla ...

MOO ...

Oh Marc...he is saying dogs will hit on tampons...sigh...
