So a few things I've been thinking about...

This must have been some sort of 'set up' and taken quite a few people to pull off. It's not easy to kill three men and then drag their bodies to a basement and cover them.

I'm guessing all three of them ended up in a secluded area at once and then it happened?

I'm also wondering if any of them were armed as well? Not trying to play to some racist trope - but I think it was Kelly(?) who had the YT channel where he was very worried about people on the outside going after him???

Police confirm 3 rappers who went missing after canceled Detroit gig were killed by gunshots

An autopsy has confirmed that the three missing rappers found dead in a Highland Park apartment after a canceled Detroit gig were killed by gunshots.

On Tuesday morning, Michigan State Police confirmed the men died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Troopers said their deaths were “not a random incident.”

“The investigation is continuing, detectives are making progress, and we believe we may have determined a motive,” the release said.

Being arrested and taken into custody aren't necessarily the same thing.

While all arrests entail taking a person into custody, one can be in custody even while not having been arrested. Simply being lawfully detained, or lawfully restrained against one's will, can be sufficient to meet the custody requirement found in Miranda.

It may be true that they don’t have anyone in custody for the homicides or arrested anyone for the homicides but that doesn’t mean that they don’t have people in custody for other offenses that they happened to discover while investigating the homicides.

They likely have people they think are connected but cannot charge them without proof. People who have already been to prison know to shut their mouths so they probably lawyered up and shut up.
