I was just thinking about their Facebook pages and wishing we could post them. It is against tos to post, I believe. Maybe mods could consider letting posters post links to fb pages of rso's...since they are not supposed to have them. Probably not because it might be hard to verify that the pages belong to the RSO.
Just thinking(typing) my thoughts. I would like to think of a way to get their fb's noticed by someone who can do something about it.

I have no idea..sorry.

I pulled up LLL's last known address on his SO registry in google streeview and there is a silver minivan in the garage. Not sure how old the image is (some google images are 5+ years)

He currently lives in Norton Shores. (I believe that image is from 2009)

what about both?? JMO. MOO.

it could be one or both.

I just find it very odd that LL lives like three minutes away from the Exxon gas station and even less further away from the coin place where the van was seen.

That was the address I am talking about, Norton Shores address. They are required by law to have their addresses up to date at all times.

To quote MisterGWriter from post #293 (bolding is mine):

MisterGwriter said:
ETA: I actually found the issue. If you type in the address into Google Maps and go to street view, the house you are looking at does not belong to LLL. To clarify, the house with the open garage and van inside is NOT the correct house. I'm not sure why Google is incorrect, but I know this because I walked past it today. There was no evidence of a silver van at his actual address. To note, his garage was closed but it would be speculative to say anything was in the garage.

ETA #2: I want to add a disclaimer. I am not accusing LLL of anything. The intent of my post was to clarify that Google Maps is inaccurate as it relates to his address. It is important to clarify this fact because there does appear to be a van in the garage of the incorrect address. We don't need any false accusations as a result of inaccurate information.

It is Facebook rule not to allow sex offenders register on their site. They should be reported to Facebook.

snipped by me:

6. You will not use Facebook if you are a convicted sex offender.

How can I report a convicted sex offender?

Convicted sex offenders are not allowed to use Facebook. If you've encountered an account that may belong to a convicted sex offender, please report this to us.

i just got an email that said "Jessica Heeringa started following you on Pinterest"

:(

looks like i followed the wrong one. i wish it was he right one & she was really able to come and follow me!

If any of you sleuths have the fb address for an RSO pm it to me and I will report it to fb. Thanks!

I would like to see it affect their probation but that is probably not gonna happen.

Also interesting that each State apparently have their own set of rules regarding sex offenders & social media. Haven't found info specific to MI yet, but here are some examples:

17. Is it a violation of Illinois law for a sex offender to be on a social
networking website such as Facebook or MySpace?
Illinois laws says a person who commits a sex offense on or after January 1, 2010 and is convicted of this offense on or after January 1, 2010 must refrain from accessing or using a social networking website while on probation, parole or mandatory supervised release.

"An Indiana law that bans registered sex offenders from using Facebook and other social networking sites that can be accessed by children is unconstitutional, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday."

"Federal judges have barred similar laws in Nebraska and Louisiana. Louisiana legislators passed a new, narrower law last year that requires sex offenders to identify themselves on Facebook and similar sites."

A federal appeals court on Wednesday said an Indiana law aimed at keeping most registered sex offenders from using social networking websites, instant messaging services and chat programs is unconstitutional.

"Texas lawmakers working to toughen laws that police the daily lives of sex offenders are taking their fight online with bills aimed at social media and the Internet."

"Facebook's registration and account security policy has several restrictions, including barring convicted sex offenders from using it. Match.com also does not allow sex offenders."

"Sandy Rozek, spokeswoman for the Massachusetts-based Reform Sex Offenders Law, Inc., said efforts to restrict Internet use is a recent phenomenon. Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico, Indiana and California have considered measures to restrict Internet or social media use."

Thanks MrGWriter. Everything is speculative, of course, and I am trying to play by the rules haha. My investigative mind can wander...I just really want her found soon

Pretty awesome Louisiana! Keep in mind, they may state Facebook, however it is still Facebook rule that they are not allowed to register anyway.

Who works in the Piano factory building? LLL or MAL?

the name of the building is the Piano Factory Building.

have you reported LLL?

First time posting on this thread, looks like everyone beat me to the Luke Louks theory. He looks exactly like the sketch, lives like 2 miles from the gas station. Wonder if he borrowed his moms van or something? I see she is elderly and lives in Grand Haven.

that's where the brother's address is listed. the one convicted for incest.

I didn't find a FB for him? Theres someone with the same name who lives in Canada, let's not get him in trouble.

He has a FB, but he uses his middle name as his last name and a long phrase as his middle name. If you search for first name and middle name you will find him.

Viewing the map, notice its location right by the water. Also, there would incoming and outgoing large boxes? Crates?

It may be worth a shot getting the dogs over there...
