3 Boys Have Been Missing Since Thanksgiving

MORENCI, Mich. -- Police removed evidence from the home of the father of three missing boys from Morenci.

John Skelton's three sons, Alexander, 9, Andrew, 7, and Tanner, 5, have been missing since November. They were last seen by their father on Thanksgiving Day.

Skelton, 39, faces three charges of parental kidnapping in the disappearance of his sons.

Oh my- finally what was removed from the home...I guess TS will have let them know what, if any, of that stuff was 'normal' to be used in the home, maybe. You know stuff they may have used normal when they were in the home together. And then what is totally out of character. Not saying what I mean very well, KWIM?
I imagine they used luminol?
Those poor little fellows. May they be found so they can have some dignity and a loving final resting place...I fear the worse.

The evidence list is very difficult to read.

From what I could read, the following things stick right out to me, as much because of the location where the items were recovered, in addition to what they were.

It makes me extremely sad.


-3 shirts, presumably from each boy, were found in the downstairs washroom, in the washer.

-The 22 Caliber Bullet was found on the steps going downstairs.

-The K-9 units units found items in the Office Area, I cannot read what, but, why the office area?

-Two Roses were taken, one from a tube on the wall, one from the wall. Why would the roses stick out as being important to the investigating officers? That seems very odd.

-1 White Rope with Noose, found on the upstairs step.

-2 Cake Pans in basement. ?

This is absolutely heartbreaking and terribly depressing.

I simply cannot fathom the pain.

"Yes I do believe the boys have left this world," Zuvers said. "But that doesn't mean that I don't have hope that, that miracle couldn't happen because, wow, if they would walk in and say, 'Stop talking like that grandma!,' it would be wonderful. But I don't expect that to happen."


Zuvers says the boys' mother, Tanya Skelton, John's estranged wife, will never give up hope her sons will return home safe and sound. That's why the family is still asking the public to keep an out for anything suspicious.


"Keep an eye open, but if you're out there with your children, do not let them wander off," the grandmother cautioned. "I do not want a child to discover these boys.

I am sorry, but I just don't think the boys are alive. I hate to think it, but I just odn't think so. I hope with the weather getting better they will be found. Prayers still going out for them and their mom.

I'm thinking they're not alive at this point too, but I've gone back and forth so many times with this case I can't say I'll keep that opinion.

I called LE and they said they are checking if it´s the Tanner boy.
And yes I sure hope they find the 2 brothers, hopefully alive, though that is not likely. But I do hope that the person responsible for thise 3 young boys tragic fate, will be caught and punised hard.

I agree. I did a search on the center for missing children and he came up right away with the right numbers etc( height, weight, age etc).

Perhaps I'm a bit emotional this week. I have a dying dog to contend with. Just the sight of the computer generated little boy has shaken me. I dont get shook easily!!! He looks like a sweet angel. I just dont know what is wrong with people. Maybe I just need a hug....
