I have seen dozens of trials and it seems in every one, a witness regrets much of what he/she said in original statement to LE. Note to self: If ever I need to make a statement to police, "Say as little as possible".

Never talk to LE ...interview etc. Without a lawyer. IMO your words can be twisted
