Amoebic dysentary? Guilt? Just kidding.

Of COURSE it isn't guilt.

I was gonna say lion meat must be low-fat, but decided that'd be in poor taste.:drumroll:

His face looks bizarre now. Like it's plaster of paris.. with lipstick.

Below is an excerpt from 20/20's Cecil episode. Stapelkamp discusses his suspicions about Cecil's GPS collar (and shows the tracking on his laptop) at 7:15 through 8:15. Skip to that part if you don't want to watch the entire video. I just hope they can bust Palmer on this.

This wannabe man is nothing but a narcissistic, cold blooded killer. There are a couple of scenarios I think would be appropriate and fitting punishment for the dear doctor with his fake white teeth. Though there's only one I'll mention - The cold blooded killer could be taken over there and left for the lions to take care of. At most, give him a gallon or so of water, and see how long his sorry hide lasts. Without any weapons of course, no gun, no bow, no knives, nothing. Just like beautiful Cecil the lion and other wildlife he mercilessly slaughtered in cold blood. How sickening that this disgusting creep has the privilege of being a member of the human race, he certainly doesn't deserve it.
BTW, Is the cowardly excuse for a human being still in hiding? I haven't found anything that says otherwise yet. TIA

That ear to ear grin that we've come to know and hate is gone.

What's the problem, Walter? Haven't you been using Ultra Brite ---the toothpaste that will give you a smile so white it'll get you noticed?

Ah yes. Upon looking at the photo more closely, I can see what the problem is: There are no dead animals anywhere in sight. No wonder he looks so gloomy and disgusted.

EXCLUSIVE: Raised in cages to be hunted as trophies like Cecil, and so used to humans that they think their killers are bringing them food - the haunting fate of South Africa's 'canned' lions is exposed

Fresh outcry expected over fate of greatest of Africa's big cats as new movie is released about 'canned hunting'

Blood Lions will be screened next month on PBS and shows how hundreds of lions are raised to be shot as trophies

They spend their lives in cages then taste just a few days of 'freedom' inside reserves enclosed by electric fences

The animals are so used to humans that when they hear vehicles and pick up the hunters' scent they think they are going to be fed

Hunting a lion costs up to $30,000 and an estimated 500 Americans are among the trophy hunters who come to South Africa for the 'canned hunt'

This makes me so sick. How insecure does one have to be to find satisfaction in killing helpless beasts who paid help corralled into a "shootin barrel"? What an absolute waste of human flesh. Sooooo macho.

ETA: poor grammar and flow but I am tired and crabby, so, yeah. ;)

The lion will likely be killed for being a lion. Or for being present. Or because the man with the gun has a very tiny.....psyche. Or other word beginning in "P".

People just suck. We really do.

The man killed was actually one of the "good guides" who led photographic safaris. Then again, he was leading a walking safari when he met his demise. That seems insanely unsafe to me!
