By any chance has anyone seen any shots of him showing any teeth. Was wondering what their condition was. Severe drug use can cause decay and rotting, was just wondering...

A lot of things can cause teeth to decay and rot.

There are perfectly decent people out there who have never touched drugs of any kind but have bad teeth. I know some of them. So I'm not going there...

My personal opinion,

That he lied that she was ever at his house,
The time line doesn't work,

I think it is very possible he was leaving in his truck saw her closer to around her house grabbed her and did what he did in his truck as he was driving south to the Fields were no one was around.
Probably started taking apart her bike at the location the training wheels were found thinking he would throw pieces out as he drove but some one in a car may have come down the road so he had to keep driving.

That is the only way I can see him being able to be back looking so soon.

He only said she was in his yard so he could try and deflect the point that he came after her and abducted her.
BBM

As it stands now without knowing more about SM, I believe that is entirely possible as it makes more sense than the "pool ladder". However, one would normally do that to avoid kidnapping charges, yet he allegedly confessed to suffocating her and now faces first-degree murder charges. The only thing I can see he has gained is possibly avoiding the DP if kidnapping had been included.

MOO

I cannot imagine anyone admitting to murdering a child if in fact the child was alive someplace, simply being held or whatever...I sure hope she is found soon so the family can let go of this belief and move on...

OT: Woohoo:woohoo:. Mom is coming to pick up the kids to stay the night. Nice surprise. Now, do I take a bath and curl up and watch a movie or spend some quality time with the hubby?

I've thought about that. The only reason I could come up with was: What if he was involved in something/someone who told him that he had to take the heat for this or they would kill his family.

Not saying that I think that is what happened. That is just the only possible explanation that I can think of as to why someone would admit to murder if the child was alive.

I could see my husband doing anything to keep us safe. He'd risk his own life to make sure that we weren't harmed.

We'd have to be talking the mob, here, practically. So no, not a likely scenario.

Is a reverse 911 common ?

After a search by the parents for around 30 minutes, law enforcement officials were called in. Immediately, a reverse 911 call went out into the community, and local residents gathered at the local fire station to help with the search for the missing child.

Reverse 911 is common in my area. I've received a few. I'm not sure what cases warrant this call and what cases don't. The reverse 911 system is possibly this area's alternative to the Amber Alert system since no vehicle or adult could be associated with the missing child.

My personal experience with a reverse 911 call: A few years ago an elderly man with dementia that lived near me went missing during triple digit heat one summer. A reverse 911 call hit our phones pretty quick. The sad part is that I never heard any follow up. I never saw him walking in the neighborhood again, I checked the news frequently, but never heard anything else about him. So Idk if he was found and put in a nursing home or if he died from exposure to the heat. So the most frustrating part is that they call to give the info, but don't call when the alert is resolved.

This is the first I've heard of the reverse 911 call. Wow. That means everybody in town knew about it pretty quickly. This implies that he practically MUST have left his house to go dump her before LE started searching.

Perhaps he got that reverse 911 call and knew they would be searching... and THAT is when he got out of there.

Maybe the reverse 911 call is what tipped him off in the first place.

911 ~ What's you're emergency....

- My husband is being an a$$, can you come pick him up please?:floorlaugh:

OT, and then I'll stop...but this is one of those weeks when I am wondering, what was it again that was wrong with being single...I can't seem to think of anything...

What kind of vehicle does he have? If it was mentioned, I must've missed it.

Don't take the teasing the wrong way. Usually, those of us that pick fun at our hubbies like we have really just love the heck out of them!!!:heartbeat::heartbeat:
