Thank god for a fast forward button! :)
I wouldn't want to get angry fingers again.

ILC said AB was the only one who had not been questioned therefore they wanted to talk to her on Thursday but she was nowhere to be found (skipped school). Where was she when LE questioned the other people in the home?

bump...

I think I just cleaned them all up, but it's not a bad idea for everyone to go back and check.

Hoppy, about to make dinner.....how does meatloaf, baked potatoes and steamed carrots sound?

Dang, hoppy! How do you find time to cook? LOL

By the way, I am on my way, so set an extra plate--pretty please!

I am going to log off now. I just felt the need to clear up rumors concerning the GP's and anyone else in that house. I feel my job is done and I will not be returning.

Ilovecookies,

You didn't stay long enough for the chocolate chip cookies! Perhaps later you will want to return...I hope so. You are always welcome and I can't thank you enough for coming in to clear up matters! I hope by being here it didn't cause any problems for you.

:grouphug:

My understanding is that LE was questioning everyone in the house, because someone might have seen EO, not because they suspected anything, and AB was the only person that wasn't questioned.
where was she? Was she "missing" or "out" at that time? Did family say where they thought she was when Elizabeth walked home? TIA and thanks for all the insight cookie!

Well that's at least three of you coming for dinner....I only cook b/c DS and DH eat. (DDs are both away at school). If it was just me, I'd eat a bowl of oatmeal or make a PB sandwich. I'm not fussy.

Thanks to all of you for your attention to your posts today. You rock!

Hoppy

no... thank you Hoppy! And wow... meat loaf sounds good to me right now! Extra onions right?

MEAT LOAF shoot at this point I would take anything with a little bit of substance to it. We are all going to turn into soup noodles. lol
Everyone has had their round of being sick. The sad thing is the first one that got sick is now sick again. I can't handle another two and a half weeks like the last two and a half. It's one thing to take care of three sick kids, five, two, and five months, its another to take care of three sick kids when you yourself feel like the soul of a shoe!

Keep your fingers crossed for me! lol

LOL, oatmeal is one of my favorite dinnertime meals. Of course, I live alone (well except for the cat that owns me). The only time I cook anything for dinner is 2 or 3 times a week when my baby granddaughter spends the night with me. My mom who also lives alone tells me that sometimes she makes a dinnertime meal out of popcorn! LOL

I will Danni. It's making round 2 at our house too. What the heck is going around this early??

I find it very odd she was not around when LE initially questioned the rest of the family. Where did she go and what did she do after the crime?

It doesn't surprise me at all that the local LE did not choose to interview AB about her diary entry on the Thursday night. They already had a scheduled meeting for the next morning with FBI specialists so why "muck up the case" so to speak. I would think that anything that was done is going to be gone over with a fine tooth comb by her defense attorney and it would be in the best interest of the case that everything was done according to proper protocol. She could have been very closed up in an interview with local LE who might not have have the proper training to interview someone like this and get the result that the FBI obviously did.

I'm sure they were in or just outside the house most of the night however, as well as back in the woods searching for Elizabeth with this new information. When they say she was "very well hidden", that's a clue right there. Even if they knew her approximate location, and they knew her phone was out there, they couldn't find her.

I want to know this also!

I mean, she is with E and lil sis in the woods, sends lil sis back part way alone, then does this crime - and then splits before LE gets around to questioning the residence she was last seen at? Did lil sis tell LE that she and AB were in the woods with E?

We'll be there!!! Get out the leaf to the table!!!

I am in route. I will bring the strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Kimster can you bring some Martian juice? Love the green stuff lol:dance:

I have to say that this is the part that puzzles me also. If AB was able to convince the little sister not to tell anyone that she was in the woods with her and EO, and she didn't, then it still leaves the gp's as not knowing where the 6yr was. Would AB have been able to convince a 6yr old to lie that effectively and state that she was in her room or something like that? Somehow I doubt that.

I'll be there as soon as I finish hanging my new curtains. Shall I bring wine or Ginger Ale?

If what ABC News quoted Elizabeth's family saying is accurate, then the little sister might have seen Elizabeth leaving and assumed she went on home, not knowing the suspect would then call E on her cell and "invite" her to come back.
