No, he did not say punched, but he did say it was a serious interaction at the car. Then he went on to say what matters is what happened next. Megyn Kelly asked why he thought a cop with no disciplinary actions would shoot and kill a person 6 times- he said he guesses because the altercation at the car made him mad.

If you insist, it sounded that way to me.

Watching Anderson Cooper and his guest is claiming that these protesters want Obama to come to Ferguson if he can go to Newton he should come there. Are these people insane... I need to back away from the keyboard and just read along. Jmo

ciao

That's unfortunate, obviously but if you assault an officer and try to steal his weapon, the officer has every right to protect himself and save his own life. I have no doubt that if Mike would have succeeded in getting Wilson's gun, it would be Wilson dead right now. IMO
That's just the point... Why are you assuming the officer was assaulted and had his weapon stolen.... The only person who has said that was an anonymous caller on a radio talk show providing what they said was a 3rd hand account...

Megyn Kelly on now- Daryl Parks says there's no doubt there was a "in all due fairness", "serious situation that took place between the officer and Michael, without question". hmm...

Nice. So I guess we can expect for that info to be released soon.

In Ferguson, where Mr. Brown was living with his grandmother, he walked nearly everywhere: on Canfield Drive, where his grandmother kept a small apartment, and several blocks away on the bustling commercial strip of West Florissant Avenue, a four-lane road full of hair salons and cheap restaurants that is the de facto downtown of the neighborhood.

Brown stayed at Canfield with friends and, earlier this year, with his grandmother at the adjacent Northwinds apartments.

I completely agree with your opinion. We would have had yet another LEO; dead lying in the street.

I walked in at the end, she said it had to be "walked back"

I don't see anything on that women's twitter, I don't see a retraction.

Oh man gump is on now, he's admitting a "serious altercation" occurred at the car, Michael punched him and a shot went off."

When she said "but why would Wilson just shoot him like that?"

To which gump said, "I'm guessing b/c he was mad."

He believes there will be an indictment, "b/c there is enough evidence"

When Megan said, "but the defense doesn't get to defend himself"

He replied, "so"

When asked what if there is no indictment, I couldn't make out a word he said. Guy seriously mumbles.

Earlier she had on a police rep, who said the reason they haven't released an incident report is b/c they don't release them.

This makes me think we'll be seeing a pic of Officer Wilson"s injuries very soon.

He was talking about the altercation at the window- didn't sound like anything new was coming out about it. It was more like he was admitting the was an altercation.

Nice. So I guess we can expect for that info to be released soon.

Yes definitely allowed to have opinions. That is fine but there are no facts available to us right now other than an unarmed boy was shot to death. We haven't even heard from the officer. It just irks me that people are making assumptions.... for reasons I don't even want to fathom. Regardless, there are many many victims in this case but no matter how you slice it Big Mike and his family are at the top of that list! IMO

It's tragic no matter how you look at it, but as information comes out...it's sounding more and more like MB was looking for a fight and to defy the law. We already know he robbed a store and strong armed a little old man. It's sounding more and more like he did not follow Officer Wilson's command when he asked him and his friend to move to the sidewalk, and it's sounding more and more like he punched the officer in the face causing a fracture while mouthing off and further taunting him. What was the officer suppose to do once Big Mike was coming at him? There was definitely a scuffle in the car. The family attorney is basically admitting that now. How did that happen? If there was a scuffle in the car - how did MB get IN the car to have that scuffle? Do you think that cop pulled him through the car window? Cause if you do...you might want to rethink that. How would you react if someone reached through your window and started punching you, reaching for your gun? I think officer Wilson was in fear for his life and that MB was not backing down.

I took a recess - is the Nat'l guard still there? Anyone know if Tim is on i clicked on it but got nothing? Are there seperate scanners for like the guard , and the police, and the troopers, Anyone seen those armed vehicles wiht that awfull siren? I feel lost without TIme hlep! Loved him !

I'm not talking about some anonymous radio person, I'm talking about this:

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...el-brown-ferguson-missouri-timeline/14051827/

Chief Jon Belmar with the St. Louis County Police Department said a struggle over a Ferguson officer's gun led to Michael Brown's death.
Belmar says Brown physically assaulted the officer, and during a struggle between the two, Brown reached for the officer's gun. One shot was fired in the car followed by other gunshots outside of the car.

I believe LE.
