Clay Waller, the husband of a missing southeast Missouri woman, was in the Cape Girardeau County jail Saturday after being arrested Friday in Malden on stealing and harassment charges, the Southeast Missourian reports.

At least he is in jail. Hopefully he will also face charges relating to Jacque, however I doubt he will disclose the location of Jacque's body. He appears to be one of those who will deny any involvement to the very end.

Yes, Jacque's sister, Cheryl and her husband Bob Brenneke were given custody of the triplets a couple of days after Jacque disappeared.

I never thought of the fear the family would have for Jacque's sister when he's out of jail but it does make sense! If he killed Jacque, I sure hope they can charge him and keep him in jail before he goes berserk on someone else. I do believe that is a strong possibility!

Waller to appear in court after arrest in SE Mo.

The Southeast Missourian reports that Clay Waller was arrested Friday and is scheduled to be arraigned on stealing and harassment charges Monday afternoon. Police said the charges had nothing to do with the disappearance nearly two months ago of Waller's wife, Jacque Waller.
