I haven't seen anything about a specific time. Articles on the subject seem to only state it was the same day that the car was found burned.
You can find specific info about the pending charges on Missouri case.net under JC's name. See dates 9/10/2016 and 4/26/2017 under the location Henry County Circuit Court after searching his name.
The car was found just before 2am September 10th.

Now, if you take that info and look at a map, you can see that from the area on Blue River Road near where the car was found to the area where JC and KY were pulled over in the 400 block of Northeast highway 2 in Windsor, it would be about an hour and twenty minute drive.

Based on this information, and assuming that the car was burned around midnight and that they left directly after, it would put them at the traffic stop in Windsor around 1:30am, depending on if they had to stop somewhere for gas, food, etc.
If they had to pick up their front seat passenger somewhere, or if they burned the car closer to 2am, it may put them closer to somewhere between 2 and 3am, and then arriving in Edwards, MO about an hour or so later as the distance from Windsor to Edwards is about 50 minutes, give or take time for stops for food, etc. plus the time the traffic stop would have taken.

Remember the Dollar Tree bags in the trailer where KY was arrested and the bucket of KFC chicken sitting outside the door in the videos done by media directly after the arrest. They stopped at least two places, and probably also a third at a gas station. I'd day the Dollar Tree stop may have come after they arrived in Edwards, though, with someone leaving and then coming back to the trailer, as I don't think any of them are open until at least 9am.
I personally believe the car was burned right around midnight and then found around 2 - I think they were waiting for it to be totally dark and late enough that not much traffic would be on the streets. I don't think they would have stuck around after they burned the car, hence my belief that the traffic stop would have happened in the couple of hours immediately following around 1:30 or 2am, which would then put them arriving in Edwards somewhere around 3 or 4am. I think they also wanted to arrive there under the cover of the night to avoid detection.
All of this of course is just my own opinion and deductions based on the information we have. And there may be an article somewhere that states the exact time, making this a waste of time
