From what I can see - I see a street in the foreground (Burlington?) and she makes a left between QT and Adecco Staff buildings headed to Buchanan Street. So yes, it looks to me like she is STILL in the parking lot when turning left.

I believe it's confusing to most that KC MO and North KC MO are two separate cities side by side. Each it's own LE agencies. I lived there for years. One can easily end up in NKC by mistake and think you know where you are by street numbers. Not so. I am not good with maps but to show one with city and county boundaries in that metro area I think would show how easy it is to get lost and turned around. I could be wrong but I believe NKC in Platte County and KC is in Jackson County. But you can leave one and end up in the other without even knowing it.

I've circled the security camera here, and the direction it points. We see Toni drive from the gas pump and then turn left, she is still in the gas station at that point. You then see her break lights come on, this is when she stops to exit onto Buchanan St. Which way she turns then we do not know, as the video stops.

Just saw your post - thanks for that! That's what it looks like in the video - her still driving in the parking lot and making a left. Wish they would play the video to the end to "see" which way she turns then.... oh well!

Yes it does! But we all know that "first" reports from media are ALWAYS wrong... well, most of the time, and have to be re-corrected!

ok ok wait a second, yes. I need help on the locations. She wasn't heading to that QT, the officer escorted her to that QT. Where was the other QT in relation to this one? Does the path make sense?

Nope the other QT is way south.

Right this is where I'm at TA was meant to meet a drug dealer at the first QT but was pulled over by LE she panics and so does the dealer they make arrangements some how to meet at the other QT but on the way the dealer gets a bad feeling Toni was setting him up or snitching on him and he did something to her on the way to the other QT. ??????
I'm an ex user and I'd put my house on it that Toni was scoring drugs at that time of the morning if not she'd of gone straight home after work like any normal person would at that time of the morning.

There's a few things that continue stand out to me as odd:

1. Why didn't she text the friend about being pulled over when she stopped to get gas? Why didn't she text anyone about anything (pulled over, low on gas, wrong part of KC) while she was stopped to get gas?

2. Why, if she supposedly had cash on hand from tips at work, did she use her debit card at the gas station? Doesn't make sense for the "disappearance" theory to be using a debit/credit card. Surely the tips she posted on disappearing mention not leaving a trail by using bank cards. Also, if she was planning to disappear that night wouldn't she have cash she's saved up with her - in addition to cash from work that night?

3. After seeing interviews with her parents they appear to be close - especially Toni and her mom. I just don't get the feeling that she would put her mom through this "torture" as her mother describes it. Plus, if LE had evidence that she's okay but doesn't want to be found, they wouldn't continue to appear to be engaging in an investigation, leave her parents hanging, and make statements about an "ongoing investigation" if they had evidence that she left and doesn't want to be bothered.

4. Last, but not least, I am really having trouble with her phone records. Supposedly her last known correspondence was at 4:53 am and then nothing for over 16 hours until her phone dies at 9:30 pm. NO ONE AT ALL texted or called her in all that time not even once they started to suspect she was missing?! I can't believe the people she was supposed to meet weren't calling or texting saying they were waiting and asking where she was. I really can't understand this at all. If my child is 30 minutes late getting home I'm texting her asking where she is and why she's late, yet no one texted or called Toni in 16 hours?! Unless there are records of calls and/or texts and LE isn't releasing this info this is just bizarre to me.

Toni Anderson's Timeline:

9pm (approx), Saturday, January 14th Left home to go to work at Chrome per
boyfriend Peter Sanchez. Lives on Grand Blvd or Grandview Blvd (?)

4:11am, Sunday morning, January 15th Toni left work at the Chrome Club shortly after 4 a.m. to meet up with a friend but she never made it. (Chrome nightclub at 7400E Highway 40 near the Truman Sports Complex)
(Note: Toni was on her way to meet a friend at the QuickTrip on Southwest/31st
where it was originally said she was headed and sources say when Toni left Chrome,
she had plans to meet with friends at Shady Lady, a strip club on the eastside of
Kansas City, at 2800 E 12th St.)

4:25am She was pulled over at 4:25 a.m. by a North Kansas City, Missouri,
police officer — a separate jurisdiction from Kansas City — for a routine traffic stop for
an illegal lane change, which resulted in a warning. Traffice stop lasted about 7 minutes. The Officer saw her pull into QuickTrip at 2525 Burlington to pump gas. (QT ATM near 26th and Burlington along 9 Highway) (Police say she was alone when she was pulled over and they watched her pull into QuikTrip to pump gas.) 4:33am She then stopped for gas, police confirm. Toni's debit card was
declined at 4:33am, according to family's bank records. A declined transaction
at QT. Also says two attempts to use card.

4:42am At 4:42am, she texted her friend, “OMG just got pulled over again.”
It is not clear if she was referring to the 4:25am traffic stop or a subsequent one.

4:53am She has not been heard from since, though she received an incoming
text (or call?) at 4:53am; family says number is from a man who is cooperating with
police.
To Toni’s mother, the phrasing of that final text does not sit well with her. “I don’t
understand why she would write ‘I’m getting pulled over again’ in the same night,”
Anderson says. “It just keeps resonating in my brain ‘again,’ ‘again’ … that’s just odd to
me.”

Brian Anderson is also asking businesses to check their surveillance footage if they're
on Tony's route from her home on the 1000 block of Grandview Blvd (or is Grand Blvd ?) to the QuikTrip on 2525 Burlington St. He says she would have been on the road between 4:50 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. on Jan. 15, Sunday morning.

9:30pm Sunday night Toni's phone goes dead. (Battery dead?)

I think this is a real possibility. But I would also say that many people who work night shifts have entirely different schedules. I know some who work 3rds and routinely go out with co-workers after...for them, this is sort of like hanging out in the evening after work (even though it's early morning). They eat together, talk, and then go home to sleep for their "night" (which is actually day). It may not be THAT unusual for her to be out at this time. It's the other affiliations with stripping/that arrangements website that make me fear someone in her circles may have harmed her.

I say potentially because of all the conflicting reports, but I'm speculating that she tried to withdraw large sums of money out of the account via ATM

Is it common for someone of that age to have access to a "family bank account"? I know I wasn't financially attached to my parents at that age by means of a bank account.

Skibaboo thank you for those maps. In blowing up that street area shows how confusing it gets even if familiar with the area. All in 15 minutes someone can easily be in 3 different cities (at least) and two different states. My question at this point is which LE agency is taking the lead and expelling resources to find her? It was my experience from living there that the various agencies don't necessarily communicate or cooperate well with each other. I have concerns that her disappearance may well be lost in the cracks. In other words last seen in NKC but lives in KC MO worked in unincorporated KC MO and was to have met people at the QT right at the MO / KS border.

What seems most likely is that her parent or parents consigned on the account. I know people in their 30s with a parent still on the account. I couldn't imagine, but some people do it that way. May make it easier for parents to put cash in if the child gets in a bind.

Our children, 28, 21 and 18 have separate bank accounts but my husband is on each one. He has always been on the younger two's accounts since the accounts were started before they were 18 (it makes it easier to transfer money back and forth if needed). He is on our oldest son's because about 5 years ago he needed a little "reteaching" about finances and our son kept him on there. So, for us this is very normal. Would I have had my parents on my account, NO WAY, but it works for them. (Btw, the children's accounts are only accessed by request and they can remove their dad at any time.)

Here is my theory about her money. It was a cold wet and icy Sunday night. Going thru Toni's post, she complained about paying to work and not bringing in enough cash. She probably had spurts of decent tim nights. She might have only had enough cash with her for what she was doing that night. I noticed on the video she leaves in the far left lane to either turn or turn around. Where was she heading in that direction in the first place. Reading thru her post she mentions something about running out of gas before and sort of picking on herself. The reason she ended up at that store is because she got pulled over. Im thinking her text was emulating that she was pist. Where was she going in that direction and had she had business of some sort prior. As for bf. Guys dont hear half of what we say.
