LE stated that no one has been ruled out at this stage; not to say that means it is open season on the family, but they are still included as far as LE is concerned, IMO, until they say otherwise.

I've been looking through all the pictures of the house trying to figure out how & where an intruder could enter the home. IMO the windows are too far off the ground to enter a window without the aid of something to climb up on, so IMO if an intruder did enter it was through a door.

Then I did a little digging on the house itself. It's only a 2 bedroom house, 881 square feet. Many moons ago when I was a young mother I lived in a 930 square foot 3 bedroom house and heard every little noise in that house. With that home being only 2 bedrooms, and mom & grandma living in the house... where was Tyler's crib? And why didn't anyone hear anything???

It's the house with the squiggley walk-way. In news footage earlier the house with the red car in it towards the bottom of the photo is a neighbor who had a large dog, looked like a Boxer. The SWAT team with the K-9 team told him to put the dog inside when they were searching the area. Did that dog bark, if he was outside? The houses are so close together I hope someone saw something!

May have been asked and answered already but no time to read this thread all the way right now. I see its reported that the grandmother was at work when he was reported missing does it say when she left for work?

I don't think it is mom if the baby was found naked and not covered with a blanket. If the information that we have gotten so far is wrong and the baby WAS dressed and cover with his blanket, then maybe mom would be suspect.

JMO

Mothers who kill their babies still often cover them up (is it instinct, I don't know). Even CFCMA put Caylee Anthony in bags before dumping her in the woods (yes, I do think she did it, even if the Pinellas 12 found her not guilty).

I would find it highly unlikely that a mother would leave her child out in the open without clothes or a blanket for the mere fact that she wouldn't want to see the childs face or want the child to see hers.

I'll admit, I was one of the very first posts to accuse this mother before the baby was found. I was angry, and for that I am sorry. I had no right to do that before the facts were known.

Tonight I feel the opposite, and I still don't know the facts. So I'm just gonna keep my big gob shut until we hear from the ME and LE. I just pray that Tyler's killer is brought to justice quick! As horrible as today was, I'm glad Tyler was found quickly because evidence has more than likely been preserved. I guess that's my glimmer of hope in this nightmare.

I am just grateful that Tyler was found so quickly, that LE and ME will have the chance to determine how he was killed and locate any DNA or clues that might not last long. I feel they will solve this case, but only because he was found.

I am devastated to hear this. I just read the entire thread before posting. This is so very sad and makes me sad, yet so angry. My boyfriend and I are broke up b/c of my passion to follow cases of missing/harmed children. I go to bed every night with thoughts of who harmed Baby Lisa and just searching my brain for any reasoning. After reading this entire thread, I'm really depressed. Maybe by bf has a point about this passion of mine.

Anyway, after saying all of that, I hope this baby killer suffers for the rest of his/her life. I am NOT going to jump to conclusions and point fingers at the mother. Also with the way the baby was found...face down, naked, not covered. If a mother had found baby Tyler dead in his crib and then did this to cover up, I can't see how any mother would leave a child in a condition such as this. But then again, I go back to poor little Caylee and how she was disposed of.

Folks, no matter how much we don't want to call a spade a spade, I believe so many of us are truly jaded after the Casey/Caylee ordeal. I don't even like to put their names close together like that. But, with me thinking, no way would a mother trying to cover up, just dump a naked kid in a cemetary naked, or, in a river, I always come back to the fact of how Caylee was disposed of. It changed us all. Susan Smith actually changed us first.

So, I guess anything is possible, but I am not going to point fingers at the mom by no means until we hear more solid info. This is just so sad. May the person who killed Tyler, suffer at the hands of our justice system and never get a wink of sleep for the rest of their life. I really do think that maybe, if anything good has come from Caylee Anthony is that LE now, are sure to leave no stone unturned. If Caylee caused that to be the case, then thank you Caylee for making all of us more diligent and you are forever in our hearts.

rest in peace precious little one :(

Here's a screenshot from a news video, showing LE processing/photographing three pieces of evidence. I cannot tell what they are. They were just finishing photographing them and just about to bag them up when I took this screenshot:

After studying it, the larger item on the left looks like a bottle, similar to a lighter fluid bottle shape. Not saying that's what it is, but the shape looks similar. The item towards the top... A lighter? And the white item on the right, a rag? The white squares with the two markings are evidence cards, I think.

What do you guys see?

That is tinee-tiny. Our little 2 bedroom is not much more than 950 SF and I hear everything! However, I'm a very very light sleeper and I can bang pots and pans in the kitchen and DH won't budge. So I guess it all depends on how deep a sleeper you are. My son is the same way - he can sleep through anything as well.

Like you, I hope someone saw something!

Stella5, good info with it being a 2 bedroom house. The reporting officer Eckhard said Tyler had his own room.

I see the lighter at the top, and I believe to the right of that is a box of cigarettes. I can't figure out what's on the left. But I also see the evidence cards.

If the the family members (or some of them anyway) had nothing to do with Tyler's death, then my heart goes out to them... especially for being at the station when they would rather be home grieving. What an awful way to spend the afternoon and evening after learning of Tyler's death. I'm on the fence but that thought just occurred to me.

ETA: but it also makes me think LE has a good reason for keeping them there that long.

top lighter... right a box of marlboro lights... left, not sure... kinda looks like a hookah that the young kids are using for tobacco these days (geeze that sounded like i'm a really, really old lady!)

I can't judge the mom too harshly re: bedtime. I have three young children, work the 3-11 shift, and if my three year-old didn't serve as my alarm clock I could easily sleep until 11. It doesn't make me a bad mom. It makes me a mom who works hard, is tired, and knows that her human fire alarm will wake her at oh-dark-thirty.

This case is really sad. When reading the article my first response was "Wow, another man holding a baby in the dark." I think D. Bradley is guilty as the day is long, so my insane reaction was "Wow, someone connected to that case did this to make it look like a serial abductor." I need to stop reading these cases before I lose my marbles, apparently.

I agree on the lighter (top center) on the right looks like a business card to me, but I could be way off. Do we have a clearer shot of this anywhere? I wonder if one of the officers was dusting for foot prints. also wondering if the table was near a window.

I know this next statement may be unpopular, but I think now more than ever, Dane (see Lisa Irwin threads) needs to make his whereabouts known, to clear himself. I am not saying he is involved in either case, but I'd love to be able to completely rule him out as a POI in my mind. There are too many similarities and at last account Dane has been MIA so to speak.

He did? I missed his first report... I heard the breaking news that Tyler was missing right before noon but was out for a little bit and missed the very first things reporting live on television. Got back here and followed it on facebook & twitter for a bit while doing other work and didn't even think until almost 1 to turn on the tv to follow it. So if Tyler had his own room, where was mom? Couch? Basement? Gosh it upsets me to know that the one place he should have been safe in his bed, he wasn't! It's infuriating! I don't know about ya'll but I've checked every window & door at least 3x tonight and am really wishing we would have never cancelled our alarm system monitoring. My 13 year old is sleeping on the main floor on a roll-away because her bedroom is being remodeled and I will not leave her alone down here tonight and until her room is ready in a few days.

Hey Krimekat, I just wanted to thank you for keeping us updated throughout this thread since you live so close. I'm way out here in Virginia and couldn't find any TV channel that was covering this story.

I have a question for you, thinking you might have some idea of an answer. It was reported that Tyler was found in a cemetary, yet the pictures where they had the white cover over him, did not look like a cemetary and it was stated that a couple walking their dogs are the ones who found his body. I know everyone is crediting LE for the fast work since more evidence can be preserved, however, what I'm wondering is, since the mother reported this soon after 11:00 or before noon, and it was reported that his body was found after 3 p.m., my question is, is the area he was found, not one that people would usually travel on foot. I'm just really curious as to why it took three hours for anyone to find him, if he was in an area where people were walking their dog. Obviously he wasn't well hidden, but I would think someone would have happened upon this child's body way before 3 pm. Makes me wonder if someone didn't take Tyler from his bed like at 10:00 a.m. or closer to time the mother woke up. What are your thoughts on that, considering you know the area so well. TIA.

LOL Stella

Also for what we were thinking (going to search for that early post)

my heart aches for this family. Absolutely aches. This one especially hits close to home, having a 13 month old myself.

How could you harm something so pure and filled with joy and wonder?
