JC pulls up to a gas pump in front of the store. She eventually gets out of the car and starts to walk inside, gets called off to the side by "Sandy Rudd" and they find out she bummed a cigarette from Jessica. Jessica eventually goes inside and goes to the counter. 3 black men are talking in a little circle behind her.

They discussed the lady who works at M&M. She lives in trailer near M&M. Earlier in the case, we referred to her as the "Chicken Lady" since we did not know her name. She wears a pink shirt.

The reason Sandy Rudd is hanging outside of the store is due to being caught shoplifting while inside the M&M store. Hence, she was banned from entering M&M in the future.

LOL. Perspective, I guess... my family has Verizon and I thought “whew”. If anyone went missing, Verizon could let us know who’s been in contact with who if we ask within a week. (Not that I expect such a thing...)

:thinking: Some of these characters I've heard/read about hanging around M&M, aren't to my likening I'm afraid! I could never see myself stopping no matter how desperate I am. Then again, I'm no longer a youngin, so stands to reason.

Paul says they go to Baitesville and QT makes a phone call to his sister. The call switches towers because they are on the move. The call was at 6:17. The only call or text QT makes between 5:34 - 7:42.

You don't need contents of all your private messages stored with the Telco for that. Text/call metadata is available for years to come. This is a serious privacy breach for me and I'd avoid Verizon.

6:30, QT says they arrived back to his house. Smoked pot for 30 minutes. JC's car not see on the video from the store. Also, mother (who would freak out), was there at the home. Jessica still trying to reach Keisha. 6:41 tries to call Keisha. 6:48 JC calls her mom. Talks for 76 seconds. Last call she ever made.

(Turns out Keisha's phone was out of minutes)

6:48 p.m. 12/06/14 Jessica makes her last call to her mother- Lisa Daugherty said there's no background noise, assumed someone was with her.

Jessica's phone was active through the time she and Tellis were together that night because she was trying to reach Kesha Myer.

Paul says lots of girls were trying to reach QT during this time period, when he was in the car with JC in the grassy area near his home. All went to VM. He did not delete these messages. But, he did delete all messages with Jessica.
