NOT SURE but could it be Eric Randy Robinson aka Eric Booker aka I’Break Bones? There is álso a Sprites(spellings?) that was friends with Tellis. He hung out at the Sandbox.I could not understand the name but thought it might be "speights."
Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble following the point the Defense Attorney is trying to make? None of it seems cohesive or even relevant.
IMO attack the Investigation (Defense tactic) it's getting old. For me.
I think the defense was trying to establish that QT simply has trouble following conversations and questions and didn't actually lie...he just didn't understand the question. Um, ok.

I keep waiting for an objection as to relevancy. I am no expert, but I have never seen a trial where the Defense used this "tactic" if that's what it is. It must be extremely frustrating for the family to sit and listen to nonsense that doesn't even matter. I hope this pattern of showing 30 second clips, then basically only calling into question why the agent would use common investigation techniques isn't the only item on the defense agenda today.

BIB: For that alone, QT should NOT have been questioned without his attorney being present. No matter how much he wanted to talk. He should have been left alone until his attorney arrived....left alone in the room. MOOQT does have slow cognitive, comprehension & processing skills. But, they are not on trial. He doused a young living breathing woman with gasoline and with one flick of his lighter burned her alive. It's his souless evil burning of Jessica that is on trial.
