Hope the link works. I post very infrequently, but I'm local to this case and have been watching closely. This was just posted in the last few minutes on WTOK's Facebook (local Meridian news station). Glad to see this case may be resolved soon. Local LE/Media are often tight-lipped until all ducks are in a row, hence the paucity of information in this case. The other young woman who was found murdered this week had been missing since the weekend, and her boyfriend has been charged with her murder. Information about her case can be found on WTOK as well.

Mullett, who was married but estranged from her husband, was last seen with Weaver at The Golden Moon Casino in Philadelphia, Mississippi on Friday afternoon. Myles [her 5yo son] lives with Mullett's husband in Louisiana.

Mullett texted her [Sister, Kristian Estes] on Friday afternoon, asking her to come get her from the casino.... He [LCSO Chief Deputy Ward Calhoun] added that the body had been there since late Friday night or Saturday morning.

Like Rebecca Henderson, Sara Mullett is in her twenties; both attractive blondes who likely possess good hearts. Psychopaths are highly attracted to a trophy partner such as these two young ladies; although, due to their willingness to please others, the victims can become mired in controlling manipulation they don't quite understand.

The CCTV in Villmot, coupled with finding her phone, possibly led to the POI in RHP's case. I remain hopeful that just because there is a POI does not necessarily mean demise. The POI could have hidden her away, chained in a barn or something.

It seems like from reading comments on FB,that he did own the country store and it had been closed down for a few years,There are some saying he was their landlord and owned rental properties.This may not be fact but several saying he was their landlord and scary type of guy.

This article states that investigators will be available for comment today so we will have to wait and see if they've found her.

Unfortunately I think you are right the arrest coming before being found is likely not a good ending.

Definitely does not sound good that he has been arrested but Rebecca has not been found. I wonder what time LE will be commenting on this case?

I wonder how she would have crossed paths with this guy........? I can't see a 26 y.o. woman having anything to do with a scary looking dude like him. I guess we'll see how it shakes out.

I'm also curious if they managed to get something on a surveillance camera close to where her car was found, and that's what led them to this guy.

Likely has, steelman.. I'm sure he knows the ropes with his past arrest record.. Hopefully the silent witness; 'forensics', has a lot to say and will give Rebecca Paulk a voice to reveal the truth and her location ..
I belonged to a hunting club in the Demopolis, AL area. My dad moved to a lot on the Tombigbee River after retiring and I spent a lot of time in the primitive forests there. With the rivers, creeks, and swamps, combined with the wildlife/scavengers, etc., it would be so easy finding a body dump site to make someone disappear without a trace..
