If there is one gold bar, maybe there are more!
I've been reading along, but a couple thoughts have me finally posting.
I could see Beverly moving out to the bigger home if it was easier to renovate into handicap accessible. It hasn't been said, but I was also thinking that Gregory would also move out there eventually.
They phones pinged near Anaconda. I'm wondering if there are cameras in that town that could have caught a late night car ride through town (assuming whoever they were with or had a hand in their disappearance went through town). I'm guessing that there wouldn't be too much traffic after 10pm on a weeknight. I'm basing that on the fact that my parents live in the same size town in Northern California and the town rolls up the sidewalks by 630pm.
Maybe she is renovating it because eventually it will go to her son and he will live there?

Also at the link go to search bar and type in police blotter 2015 then click on a date and it will bring up police logs.
Except the last ping on her phone was at tower in Anaconda on 10/31. Halloween, Saturday night. It's a pretty good bet Anaconda wasn't sound asleep at that time, especially considering the town is big enough for a high school.
Do we have any information about the division of WG's estate? Are we allowed to discuss the Brother-respectfully of course?
ETA This family has been through an awful lot in couple of years.
http://www.sspmt.com/obituaries/september-16th-2015In 1957, Bill married Beverly Giannonatti, ending in 1999. They had two sons, Gregory and Darrell. Bill was preceded in death by Darrell, and Greg is presently living in Deer Lodge.
Bill was Supervisor of Signals and Communications for the Milwaukee Railroad, and was so sad at its demise. He then moved to Billings, as a supervisor of the National Railroad Administration. After retiring from the NRA, he moved to his country home in Deer Lodge.
http://helenair.com/news/local/upda...cle_f21bf134-1452-56ef-8512-5a2e6122a9f8.htmlOn Monday, Howard said he had obtained phone numbers for both Beverly and Gregory and with the help of the phone company determined the phones were dead or turned off most of the time.
However, an incoming call was received on Beverly’s phone on Saturday, Oct. 31, at 11:32 p.m. and Gregory’s phone received calls on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 9:14 p.m. and at 11:39 p.m. With subpoenas, a deeper investigation of phone calls will be made, he said.
Beverly was last seen at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Muriah’s restaurant in Deer Lodge, where she was having lunch with an unknown man who appeared to be about 60.
Authorities are working to identify him and would like to talk to him. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
Gregory was last seen by a witness on Oct. 28 at 10 p.m. leaving his residence driving a white 1995 Camry at a speed faster than normal heading east toward downtown Deer Lodge — in a direction opposite from his mother’s house.
Officers also checked Gregory’s house, one-half mile from Beverly’s house, on Sunday. They heard the dog inside and made a forced entry to do a welfare check. There was no sign of a struggle, the television was on and food was cooking in a crock pot, Howard said.
The mom and son live a simple, private life, Howard said. Both have dogs they love that require medication and it’s unusual for them to leave the dogs like that, he said.
The vehicles for both individuals have been accounted for, including the white Camry, which was found Nov. 1 at Gregory’s late father’s house on Larkspur Road on Beck Hill. Officers also entered that home on Sunday to do a welfare check, and nothing appeared out of place, Howard said. The home is located in a subdivision in view of neighbors who have not reported anything unusual.
http://helenair.com/news/local/upda...cle_f21bf134-1452-56ef-8512-5a2e6122a9f8.htmlUntil their divorce, Beverly lived in the Larkspur home with her husband, Bill. He died Aug. 31, and she was having remodeling done prior to returning to the residence.
Howard said that on Oct. 19 a cleaning woman at the Larkspur home found a large gold bar, and immediately called Beverly who friends said went to the house to get it. The whereabouts of that ingot is unknown at this time, he said.
http://mtstandard.com/news/local/fb...cle_dcf42972-3839-5327-9305-163bacf683f7.htmlSheriff Scott Howard and Deer Lodge Police Chief Rick Johnson obtained search warrants Wednesday and are conducting searches of the individuals’ homes, bank, credit and debit card records, telephone logs and mail. The process takes time and Wednesday afternoon officials had nothing new to report.
"There’s fear in this town because this is an unknown, what's going on. This is a community where a lot of people left their doors unlocked and all of sudden they're wondering what's going on here." This mystery has the Deer Lodge community baffled and on edge, and law enforcement shares in those feelings.
Powell County Sheriff Scott Howard said, "I would comfortably say that I believe there's some sort of foul play here."
"We've both been doing this here 30 years in 60 years combined and I've never come up with something like this and I think we can easily say something strange is going on," added Rick Johnson, Deer Lodge Chief of Police.

My thoughts regarding Beverly planning to move into the big house outside the city - maybe the plan was to move there together (Bev and Greg). With her advanced age and him having sustained serious injuries in an accident a few years back (and he's also not young anymore) they might have thought living together makes more sense as they can assist each if and when needed. Maybe their two houses in town where they presently lived were to small to accommodate the both of them. just speculating
Does anybody know for sure if the 3 incoming calls were the ones that pinged off the tower in Anaconda ?
Deer Lodge police also said both Giannonattis cell phones have been powered off for several days. The last pings came from an Anaconda cell tower. Beverly's phone had a ping on October 31 and Gregory’s had two pings on November 1.
