Imagine turning the vehicle in..."I'm turning it in because...." Would they charge him for turning it in early?

Usually yes there are charges for turning it in early. Under the circumstances, the decent thing to do would have been to give him a break but...

I kinda sat up when I read in his rebuttal about getting a bouquet of roses for his 4 yr old daughter at her dance recital. I kinda thought that was a little much and then when I read further that he brought 2 other bouquets for the instructors, I thought, yeah this guy is portraying that he's a big shot and needs to be recognized.[/QUOTE]

I can hear his lawyers going, "That's good, That's good, Brad! Some more of that kind of s***"

Bob & Bob

Noticed the picture you posted of Harris Teeter - is that the one Brad went to ?

If it is do you think those are surveillance cameras up on top of the awning over the entrance ?

I believe that Harris Teeter is in New Bern.

No, the picture Bob & Bob posted is a Harris Teeter, but it is not the one in Crescent Commons.

Now thats funny.... :rotfl:

Are they all common in construction or is each one different. I'm just wondering about what appears to be camera's over the entrance - scanning the parking lot area.

If you check out the "street view" on Google Maps--Wallsburg Court, Cary--you can see both cars..the BMW SUV and a what looks like a smaller white beemer sedan... If you scroll to the left you can see their neighbor walking down his front steps!

The "internets" are so creepy, huh?

That Harris Teeter had cameras scanning the parking lot in years past. A woman was assaulted there and it was picked up by a security camera.

How so ? The 325 is what he drove.

Yes, he drove the 325 sedan. She drove the SUV X5. I saw pictures of detectives looking under the SUV while it was outside in the driveway. Where is it now? Did he move it inside or did the CPD take it?

You mentioned he may have put the body in his vehicle while it was in the garage. Makes sense to me...I certainly would not have risked taking it outside to put it in the SUV (IF the SuV was outside). Yet, others have said the SUV would be the logical choice for disposing of a body.

If he is such a private person, I would imagine he would put HIS car in the garage after such turmoil. Yet, Momto3kids says it is outside.

After writing all this, I think CPD has the SUV and he is parking his car outside in an effort to show there is no room in the garage for his car - like her car is in there.

Question to CM: "...any chance that she said she was going running when in fact she was going to meet someone?"

CM: "Absolutely not absolutely not. She mentioned the night before that she was getting a jog in in the morning and that's what we expect happened."

Also,

Question: "Do you have any reason to believe that Brad had anything to do with Nancy's disappearance?"

CM: "I have no reason at all to believe that."

Actually this was previously posted in a slightly different from by NurseBeeme in The Main People in this Case
thread #8.

I apologize for not having noticed that.

I just got the mail out of the mailbox and guess who has an envelope in my mailbox?
Good old Kurtz & Blum!!!

Yup you heard right....Seth A Blum sending an advertisement for service to the child that just got a speeding ticket.
The business card is one you won't forget. An ugly *advertiser censored* dog with its bottom teeth showing stating "your best friend in the courtroom"

How ironic is this? Hummm...free consultation:waitasec:

With guys like this, with a PD, they have to be "instructed" as to what appear normal.

Again, his lawyer or friend will tell him, this is what you have to do. Because again, they are all about themselves and only themselves and cannot act with anyone else in mind and any empathy.

It is "amazing" that a guy that does nothing, I mean nothing for his kids, when there are Divorce papers filed, and he has the "ability" to hurt his wife by taking away the kids, he "suddenly" becomes "Daddy of the year".

It is all an act, again, they have to be instructed with specific instruction as to how normal people act.

Brad is all about Brad. That is not going to ever change.

I put money that an arrest will be forthcoming..............LE wants to get all of their Ducks in a row, especially if a Grand Jury is paneled.

I hope your child wasn't one of the ones caught on Regency. One of my son's friends has to go to driving school because he got ticketed there.

I just googled my neighbor's house 2 mi. away because I knew of some major tree work that had been done 4 weeks ago. The image still shows the trees in place. The view is not current.

Just bringing this forward from the previous page.
