When he was asked why the clergy member would be visiting KC he said that he believes that it would be to create a "MESSAGE SYSTEM between KC & CINDY"

Most people don't need the log because they keep track of the relatives who are alive. Process of elimination someone goes missing, DNA shows up in the trunk, case solved!!

Why is Leonard Padilla's lady friend from his team that stayed with KC all that time so secretive. Why does LP always say he doesn't know what that woman heard etc? Why is that all so hush hush? This is gross, but, this summer my cat killed a bird and took it in our garage. I didn't discover it for awhile. When I did finally, I lifted it into a plastic bag. Many maggots were under it, and were left with goo and a few feathers. I was gone like 30 seconds to reach for a dustpan and little broom. I was amazed that they'd headed out in all directions. I couldn't even sweep them all up, they really traveled fast enough to disappear behind other stuff in a corner.

So, I decided, many from that pizza and bag were probably gone by the time LE picked it up at Amscots. I hope enough were left for LE to do what they have to do for testing.

IMO, GA or the tow person (whoever threw it away) would have had to remove the "food source" from the bag's surface before tossing it in order to dislodge the maggots.

I believe it is written in the report as decomposing as well. Here is decompose defined.

IIRC, the docs today said that it was pepperoni and mushroom that they "decomped". I couldn't believe that they had to list that, but I suppose that had to since we know the pizza theory will come up! I don't know if that is the same kind of pizza that was in the trunk. So strange!

If I were going to do a test like the BF did I would most certainly get the identical pizza as the one that was in the trunk. I would think they did, of course I couldn't say with certainty but I doubt they would pick those two toppings randomly.

In the report one of the chemicals said "pig only" under the animal section. Is the defense to go there with the pepperoni?? LOL that is all I could think of. It's in one of the "tables" on the report.

I am maddened at the fact that nobody asked him exactly what was spelled out, in BLACK and WHITE in this report today, which directly contradicts his statement, admittedly on the behalf of the defense:

There was NO alcohol or acetate in the findings, so so much for his "accidental chloroform" theory.

Non-Dr. Theonly1 would not diagnose her with this disorder. Casey takes pleasure in going out, being around people, she obviously enjoys sex...
I lean towards her being a sociopath/narcissist.

I don't know. She cried about the alleged miscarriage on May 25, 2008 (in fact the only time I've really heard about Casey crying and getting totally upset about something). I got the impression from some of her friends that have come on here at WS that they did not believe the miscarriage story.

I really do not think she even had a miscarriage. I can just see the defense pulling this bit of trivia out of their hats to try and explain the decomp in the trunk (though it would not fit in the 2.5 day of decomp time frame, nor would it fit in with the hair evidence as a fetus would not have a long fully grown hair, if any hair at all).

imo, pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, etc... is CURED meat and has so many preservatives it would not decompose like normal raw pork. Casey didn't think of that, now did she? Maggots would not be attracted to that type of meat I bet.
