Nancy Grace 10/9 Thurs

DNA Solves

They are saying he was the only one to refuse DNA, not a polygraph. From what I understand, none of the Anthony's have agreed to a polygraph to date
Gotcha. I misread this comment in the news story to mean that George and Cindy did take polygraphs:

George and Cindy Anthony voluntarily gave up DNA samples this week so investigators could scientifically exclude either of them as the source of the hair and stain in Casey's trunk, but investigators had to get a search warrant to get Casey's brother Lee to submit to a DNA test. He also has refused to take a lie detector test for the FBI.

My point is, KC didn't have Caylee with her on SUNDAY night when she spent the night at Tony's. Where was Caylee Sunday night?

I don't think she spent the night at Tony's on the 15th. She was texting and talking to him all night long into the wee hours.

Can anyone answer a question for me........Pretty Please?

I know about the encounter George had with KC over the gas cans on the 24th but didn't Lee tell LE that he was there as well?

I thought I read that Lee said that KC threw the cans at George & said "Take the *advertiser censored*ing cans"

I remember thinking that his version is different than Georges version

Did I imagine this?
I remember reading that too. I think Nancy even had it on the tv screen and was going over it one night. I have no idea which version is right, though.

George himself gave two VERY different versions. The one on Greta's interview and the one he gave in his statement to LE. I would have to go back to read Lee's account, but I don't recall reading it in there.

Thank you...I'm going to read his staement again myself

Now I don't know if i read it on a thread or the Documents

I'll find it though.....eventually

I think it's possible after the big fight she went to her room and spent the night texting TonE and whatnot, and decided right then that that would be the last night she'd be stuck there with Caylee. MOO

This was my original scenario too. I didn't trust anything George said, and therefore discounted whaever. Then after the release of George's interview with LE, I wasn't as sure that George was making up a story.........only because he seemed very cooperative with LE, almost eager to help.

Cindy, on the other hand, has lied and obstructed the investigation from the beginning! I'm hoping she's charged and does some time too. :behindbar

Honestly, I think they were all trying to defer attention from the night of the 15th. GA would be the obvious one to say that he saw them since he worked in the latter part of the day. I think it was probably CA's idea for him to state such.

I don't think LA was there. I believe he just relayed the story that was told to him to LE.

I think the real reason CA and GA refused Polygraphs is because they lied about KC and Caylee being at the home when she "heard" them breathing, etc. In addition to that they probably twisted the truth about the clean up of the car.

I think that Cindy probably kicked KC out of the house and KC just to spite her mother took little Caylee with her (Like if I can't stay here then She can't eithier type thing)

I'm sure maybe at the time CA and GA gave their statements they probably felt guilt as if maybe they were partially to blame for whatever happened, etc so they felt the need to cover up the truth a little bit for fear that they would be held accountable as well.

Just a thought though.

Lee said that is what his dad told him

Once the documents came out (the second batch) I remember everyone going crazy here at WS because Lee's version of the gas can incident was different from Georges version.

I assumed that he was there & have thought so ever since

Now a few posters are saying he wan't there so I'm not sure now

I'm going to look up his statement & read it again

I think LA may have gone over the incident in his interview with LE..I would check the audios. I don't recall LA stating that he was there though. I do remember him recounting what GA told him about the cans.

Summer---
I believe LA is 26, and KC is 22. Someone mentioned earlier in this thread about KC maybe staying at LA's house the night of the 15th after the big fight. I had never thought of that, but that very well could have happened. We know she was not at AL's apt. from his statement and her phone records show she called and spoke with him from like 11pm until 3am on the 16th.

Well I have 3 older brothers If i got into a fight family related I would go to someone who nos situation for comfort! IF ca did choke her or whatever she might of went there?

Lee wasnt there George was, IIRC GA worked 3-11 shift
In one of the news interviews, I remember George saying that he should have been at work, but was off that particular day, and Casey wasn't expecting him to be there at that time of day.

LP told on NG that GA & CA had agreed to a polygraph with the FBI until LA went into the house and talked to them and then they all said no. He said it was a complete turn around before and after LA.

Sorry...to just jump in...but I think some of our guys got through on the phone tonight. Yea if they did!

I thought the up roar was because GA first said on the greta show that he took the cans out of KC car....then lee said that KC threw them at him and cussed.....what he was told by his dad.....and then in the interview with GA he told the story about how KC didnt want him near the car and pretty much what lee had said.....so I think its the two stories that GA told

Hello, Ames! Welcome to the insanity forum. LOL Hang onto your hat and get out your waders. It is getting mighty deep in here!

She could go in and plead the Fifth then sashay out again wearing her Find Caylee shirt and her stolen sunglasses. I would think if JB can get her out of appearing at all, he will tho.

Maybe you guys have discussed it here, but...frankly, I have never seen so many posts in one day...in my entire life. LOL So, sorry if this has been answered. How in the world did KC get away with writing all of those checks that belonged to Amy? This question was addressed on NG last night, but was never really answered. I know that she actually wrote her own name on one of them, but all of those bad checks..and NOBODY checked her ID? What the.....?

I can't stand to see her slinking around with that Find Caylee shirt (she already knows where she is), and those big, honking, stolen sunglasses. She acts like she thinks that she is God's gift to every living soul. I also believe that she wanted to search for Caylee in secret, because she wanted to move the body, and/or dispose of evidence.

Do you guys believe that she killed her daughter on purpose, or accidently? Afterall, she did refer to her as a little "snothead". I would rather be a Snothead, than a lying, child murdering, *itch!!

I was thinking the same thing....or the NG gang has been reading our post:woohoo:
