OK, she filed a defamation lawsuit, where is she going to get anything from KC, that psycho has no funds.

The donation trust funds. If Caylee is deceased and Casey is not convicted, then Casey would inherit any property belonging to Caylee (that isn't donated to charity as per the trust documents). ZFG sues for defamation and puts a judgement lien on the inheritance. Ergo, any money that comes to Casey goes to ZFG.

I know this one!! I listened to the audio "interview" on Krause's web site (don't bother) and I know ZG's kids are NOT all small kids. She has a grandchild (!!), according to her....so she's not carting around 6 kids.

Casey's laptop and the Anthony's desktop were both searched. I really don't see that many matching details between the ZG at Sawgrass and the ZFG of Casey's imagination.

My point is ... those are the only two laptops that were searched. Isn't the point that she wasn't home that much?

Too many details matched.. she could have searched on any of her random men/friend's computers. I wouldn't be surprised if more computers don't get a subpoena!

The only statement we can make is that we know she didn't search for Zenaida *on those two computers* prior to 7/16.

Yes, I noticed that too when I watched her show earlier tonight. He seemed to stick to the "evidence" and give a very unbiased opinion. I don't think the defense would be pleased with him tonight at least.

Oh don't be sorry ~ I sometimes watch the 10pm repeat (which would be the one you just got through watching) since it's not unusual to miss some things the first time.

Can you inherit from someone you kill? Not possible in Canada in any province. That would be just a little too sick. oops sorry. misread. If Casey was aquitted!!! Well, that just can't happen. The money will have to come from their magazine article, book deals and movie offers..There should be plenty for Zenaida then.

There IS a difference, tho. POI means they are looking at a person, and investigating them. Suspect means they pretty well have it nailed down.
Baez does not know what he's talking about.
We can all jump up and down when she is charged.... then she will be "the accused." Or the defendant once it goes to trial.

ZFG looked at Sawgrass on June 17th.

Casey borrowed Tony's car to make a Target run on June 17th.

What was in wrong with Casey's car on that day?

And Casey gave the name ZF-G on June 16, the day they arrested her, so she could not have got the name off a card at the apts. It is curious!
I thought she looked and sounded very nice on NG.. very polite.

AAARRRGGG!! There was NO search for ZFG prior to 7/16/08. Look at the report, please!

Casey was in police custody the 16th, so how could she have seen her at the apts? Or the card ZG signed? How did she come up with this name then? And... she did not name any kids until several weeks later, when she came up with the park story, because she was out on bond the first time, and told it to Rob.

I love this site!! I've learned sooooo much from you guys, this is my 1st post.. the question I have is.. Is CA going to be charged with obstruction ? I have heard her say that Caylee was being watched by Zanny the Nanny a few times and that KC has told her about Zanny.... sounds like a lie to me. Also, Im a UPS guy in AZ, and I deliver to an apt complex, and there has been many o times I've been in the office dropping off the pkgs as a potential renter has been in there talking to the mgr or filling out the card, most of the time they leave that card on the desk as they show the person an apt. It seems reasonable that KC may have been in the office waiting her turn to see the apt complex or walked in after they left... just a thought

Casey didn't tell that story to the public or even to LE. It came from LP.

Actually, LP said she told it to Rob first... and later to him. No, I don't think she has said anything to LE since she "hired" Baez.
