I understand what a search warrant is, but never heard of it said that way-search warrant and return. Are they referring to the items taken?

You have the search warrant. Then there is an inventory sheet where every item seized at the home is listed, along with color and description, brand, size, etc. If it has a serial number, that has to be recorded as well.

Return is the search warrant along with the inventory sheet.

That would explain the one check. What about those others where she wrote Amy's name? But then, Casey didn't have a job so exactly where was she getting money to put into her checking account to write so many checks in a week's time?

It just shows a defense - or what Casey might say - of course there is no defense for this kind of action, but we are talking about Casey here - she stole the money and knew she was stealing the money

I feel so bad for Amy - her credit is screwed up and it will take a long time for that to get straightened out - Casey overdrew her account so Amy almost has to get an act of God to get the bank to forgive it

Amy among the other young people were conned - Casey is a con artist

After seeing the video of KC being dragged into court for the "pictures" hearing, and seeing the way she glowed when she smiled at JB, I could see how she could claim later "there were inappropriate advances, all I did was smile at him, and he came on to me". Yeah, I can see that.

She is and she is so befuddled as to why we all are still harping on Caylee!

She really can't comprehend that anyone could care for Caylee. She never did and the idea is very foreign to her. KC doesn't get why Caylee is such a big deal.

PLUS don't forget the other side of the search warrant - LE could legally take something that was NOT on the search warrant - if it looked of evidentary value - it's logged in on another sheet - we will see that also

I have a problem with that theory since there is a stain which is consistent with the body being in the trash bag inside the trunk and not in a cooler.

The cooler could be OCSO's to transport evidence tho.

I'm not seeing how the cooler fits in either unless Caylee's body was originally in it before being put in the car trunk. But even that doesn't quite make sense. :waitasec: MOO

As far as exploring the blue cooler scenario, perhaps she moved the bag into the cooler because of the smell and probably never saw the stain. Only after she dumped the body did she realize the smell wasn't leaving and that was why she grabbed TonE's garbage and stuck it in there. We know the body had been in the trunk 2.6 days, but do we absolutely know when the body was dumped?

I don't think Casey is this complicated.
This is behind Casey, she has moved on.
It doesn't trouble her and I don't think she sits around mulling over the details of Caylee's death. She can't even bring herself to fake it. The forgive her line was more of her regurigitated bible babble. The only thing Casey is thinking about is how she is going to get out of jail. She doesn't care what this is doing to her family. She doesn't care about Caylee being buried.

I agree.........all KC is thinking and dreaming about is the day she walks out of jail a free person. I really think JB has told her that if she does as he says, she's going to be found not guilty and set free. I seriously doubt he's told her what they're up against and what her options are.

The cooler - are we talking about that cooler that was on the side of the garage that we saw when the garage door was opened? I'm sure they had two or three of them - did someone say a cooler was found at the scene? I'm lost on the cooler part

I don't see how they can prove KC's innocence in the case of her stealing and cashing AH's checks. There's video of her cashing one of the checks at a bank, and video of her shopping at Target with AH's checks. I'm sure the prosecution will be able to produce those cancelled checks with KC's forged signatures on them.

Not to mention that KC signed her own name on at least one check!!

And that one I was really shocked that the cashier didn't catch it! Goes to show you about the training - I'm sure Target has changed that! I would think that when she saw her ID for the beer, she assumed that the check was hers

No, we definitely do NOT know when the body was dumped. Caylee could have been thrown into the truck at first, then when decompostion began, KC panicked and move her somewhere else. Or she could have had Caylee elsewhere at first, placed her into the trunk for those 2.6 days, decomp because unmistakable and she was moved again. There could have been several moves.

I know someone said she would have been difficult to move with the fluids and all, but she did end up in the woods, so somebody had to have moved her, so why not more than one move?

We'll find out about the cooler when they tell us, IF they tell us. How large was this cooler?

Nah, she knows what she did, how she did it and why she did it. She just doesn't care. She's the only one that matters. She doesn't want forgiveness because she took care of herself and that's all that matters. In her mind she had every right to do what she did and that justifies every lie and action she's taken. How dare anyone question or doubt her. Her word should have the final say.

Boy I agree 100% here SuziQ. Seems to me the "Tell Zani I forgive her" was just KC's way of saying, "Look how good I am Mommy... I'd even forgive kidnappers!"

The last statement about the dump date was from the media when they said the state believes she killed her intentionally. They said then that they were working with the 16th as the date of death and the 18th as the body dumping day.

Based on the evidence we have seen them talk about from the trunk I think Caylee went into the trunk wrapped in a blanket at the most. The stain and the hair (there was more than one hair found, only one had the death ring on it) she does not seem to be in a bag at that time to me. I think she bagged the body after the purging of the body and the start of the decomp smell. She was at the Anthony home when she did this and possibly considered burying her in the yard (dog hits and the borrowed shovel), but decided against it and tossed her in the woods. Possibly a very shallow burial since the PIs came armed with search tools designed to find burial sites.
