LaLaw - yes. KC would have to sign a document for the funeral home to release the body for either the forensic exam or burial. She could also effectuate a limited Power of Attorney in favor of someone else (a parent for example) to act on her behalf in signing the release. Bottom line - she makes the decision about the remains now that LE had released them.
Come on, Cher. You know if crow tasted good, we wouldn't have any left in south Louisiana! I guaran-dam-tee ya' that Paul would have made some blackened crow and they would be on the endangered species list by now. And if Tabasco made everything taste nice, we would all be serving nutra etouffee'.
I tell you what though, if they would have called in some of our Louisiana boys, they would have brought all their pirougues and push-poles and gone through that swamp like nobody's business and found Caylee toute suite.
O/T but when a gator chomped off a little boys arm over in Mandeville, the St. Tammany deputies just went on out and gutted gators until they found his arm and brought it to the hospital. It could not be saved, but that is Louisiana boys for ya'. You gotta love 'em.
