Such a strange case. Almost like people know what happened and they are covering themselves. Something funky is going on. Just don't know what😕

So it's been over a month with no sign of her. Have the police inspected her apartment? Who paid her February rent? I'm worried the landlord will evict her and fill the apartment with a new tenant without the police gathering any potential forensic evidence. At the least they should check for blood.

For that matter, has it been clarified how anyone knows with certainty she is not inside the apartment?

New Ebonee Spears' timeline.

Please share! Thx! :)

UPDATE: Police now have Ebonee's cellphone records.

INFORMATION:
- The family wasn't given a copy nor any info about who had called and when.
- All the police told them was, "everything was checked out and looked into".

QUESTIONS:
- WHY WOULD POLICE NOT SHARE THE LIST OF HER CALLS?
- Why won't have the cell carrier ping the phone for the last cell tower it hit?
- When will they access her voicemail messages?

ISSUES:
- The last 24 hours of her phone activity should provide SOME insight as to why she did not have it with her at the WPD.

++++++++++

Does anyone know what the police protocol is for recovering the cellphone data and phone records for a missing person?

I find it VERY hard to believe that it's not standard procedure to share the phone records with the family; just to at least have them confirm there were no strange people calling her! sheesh!

I don't know what the protocol is, but this actually makes sense to me. They need to rule all family members out. I'm sure it's frustrating, but i get it.

Think of how many people have records of this.
Why now?
All of the time and effort of people up to this point without this info.
it's devastating.

The latest news report:
http://www.wect.com/story/31329420/ebonee

Her mother just posted that they have decided not to release the video after all.
Curious as to why none of this information was released until 5 weeks after she went missing.
Even more curious as to why the back and forth over the decision to release the footage.

Her boyfriend being there at 11pm doesn't make sense with the person who had waited for her for 3 hours and she never showed up.
Her boyfriend entered the apt. was it locked, were the lights off, why did he go through her purse, not call her phone?

The surfacing of her baby daddy after 5 weeks is odd.

So is this series of videos of a guy looking for her...

Please someone take a look at these details and see what I am missing.

Anyone who knows how to obtain more information regarding her cellphone location, records, and last-seen details, please post or contact me.

I am at my wit's end.

Thank you!

Ebonee was walking in the direction of the store at 10:45pm.
Antonio was driving in that direction to arrive at her apt. at 11pm.
Would he have driven past her on the way to her apt.?
Was there a receipt of her transaction at the store?
Did the store clerk see her that night?
Why would Ebonee have walked to the store without her keys?
How did she lock the apt. door?
Did Antonio or the person who saw her have any injuries from a fight?

"The mother is making allegations we did not do our job," said the detective.

Well...did you?

And why are you referring to the investigation in the past tense, as if it is closed?
