A terrible blow to her family, Knowing this guy was charged with attempted murder in 2016. Allowed to walk the streets and murder a beautiful young lady. He should’ve been behind bars.

This is a local case for me too. Heartbreaking. There has just been a man charged in connection. He's been charged with murder, although no body has been found yet, I believe. I am so, so very sorry for her friends and family. This is just wrong. So, so wrong.
I've been following this closely. This is heartbreaking.
Boyfriend charged with murder in disappearance of Apex mom :: WRAL.com
This is so very sad ...In this video, the reporter says Emily's mom told him that "on the night before Thanksgiving, Emily left with the man her daughter had been dating for months. As I spoke with her she told me the boyfriend had beaten her multiple times, even once prompting a trip to the hospital. I begged her to file charges but she wouldn't do it."
Friends, family mourn Apex woman called a true joy :: WRAL.com
Someone deleted a very key post from her best friend from MI talking about her married exboyfriend and his wife who beat her up several times. If someone made a copy of that please repost. It is very important information for the police. No body has been found. Why is there not more effort including from her family to find her.
That would come out at trial. How do we know if an innocent person was charged without showing evidence of murder? Where is the body?

Yes, it is. It makes me sick to think about her little boy missing his mama right now and that she'll never get to see him grow up. If Jose doesn't get the death penalty, I hope he never experiences one second of joy for as long as he continues to breathe. MOOThis is so devastating!
