This makes me think the defence were trying to get some withheld; no update from Ben on whether anything will be held back.

All IMO

I'm a bit frustrated that a nurse practitioner can give her opinion on families sharing meds but the 911 call taker can't give opinion.

Now this ?

I hate that they pick and choose what the jury hears. They did what they did. This is science. Too bad if it shows a savage nature.
How is this allowed for without autopsy it's a back and forth half a story?

Not really the most pressing point I know, but can we assume that Molly will at least have a charge of DUI & child endangerment coming her way? Mojitos on the drive and then she drove Jason to collect Jack....I wonder was she breathalised at the scene?

Because if Molly was the one prescribed the Trazadone, and there are definitive warnings regarding mixing this drug with alcohol, yet she continued to drink cocktails while taking it, then surely the same argument we have heard from the defense regarding a spontaneous reaction from mixing this drug and alcohol could apply to her??

No. There no proof to make that charge. No officer arrested her, no breathalyzer test.

Thanks Mary, I was being facitious if I'm honest. It does pose a possible problem for the defense though, if they run with this theory. Who is the most likely to have had the adverse reaction, the one prescribed the drug, yet still drinking, or the one who sought help for his own issues and therefore would have received his own prescription fitting for his medical history IMO.

I wonder how Mollys "friends" feel, looking at those nauseating violent photos? Are they so proud to have their name associated with her? Are they going to let her host their kiddies alone overnight if she gets off?

I think its going to be all about the wording, so the super dodgy journalism is definitely not helping! I presume what they will state is that Tom & Sharon hadn't seen the kids in Wallburg in six months, rather than hadn't seen them at all in six months.

I agree with you there, same thought had crossed my mind too that they would say they had not visited them at their home in six months if pressed on this. There will be a lot of careful answering no more than molly when questioned during the custody hearing about her medication. She gave specific answers without offering or volunteering any info on other medications she may be taking only strictly answering directly to what medication she had been prescribed for bipolar/depression.

As she cannot be breathalyzed or otherwise tested at this point for a drive that happened so long ago, I very much doubt it.
