That is not Live Tweeting.
Awful of them when they are permitted.

Live tweeting involves every word uttered being tweeted immediately.
Poor performance and shows they are merely there to sell newspapers.

Yep, I guess we'll have to wait to see who wins the race to get the printed piece written up first! I would have thought, given the info we posted here, that both sides would have spent longer on opening arguments. They seem to play such an important role in setting the scene for the jurors, I would have thought it would have taken longer. It seems both sides are keen to get on with the actual trial.

I presume no one has heard if paramedic opinion admitted? Wish we could listen in on a radio even [emoji22]

I don't think there's been any information on the motions yet.

I totally understand why the Corbett's didn't want live streaming, but I agree, all this waiting is like pulling teeth!

"A strand of blonde hair and a red mark" vs brains and pieces of skull on the wall.

Tragically laughable.

I dunno, but I would take a red mark on my neck and losing a strand of hair over having multiple skull fractures resulting in death, any day!

I wonder did they check was it synthetic?

Totally agree . I look forward to the statements I want to hear the prosecutions timeline . Nothing about marks on Tm so far .A fight to the death and a red mark on a neck and a strand of hair ?

I wonder how the defense is going to portray the fear Molly felt, the panic that he was going to kill her, those final moments of panic where he let go of her neck long enough to grab her by the hair....without putting Molly on the stand to testify? The prosecution will have pretty damning forensic evidence, they should in theory be able to to present a blow by blow account to verify how Jason died. I do wonder how the defense will manage this with their witness sitting in the court, but not able/willing to take the stand in her own defense.

She's wearing little ole me wardrobe and hair in court so unfortunately if they look to her appearance as a character reference she's screaming little voice

If they see the social media photos however they are more realistic imo

Not facts just my own fiction[emoji6]

I wonder was there hair on the piece of scalp they beat out of jasons head? Does that then suggest he too was attacked defending himself?

Weak work imo.

This is very strange is this Perhaps where the civil suit fits in, had she left the property and returned after they arrived?

I can only assume a slight typo that it was just the 3 of them in the room

All IMO

This is gruesome tJasons poor family
Later in his statement, Martin said Jason Corbett’s skull was so crushed, that when the examiner performed the autopsy and pulled back his scalp, pieces of skull fell away from the body.

So now it's a new bat. Sounds like TM went upstairs expecting a burglar..."last thing he ever expected to see"....hey, wait, this is your abusive son in law whose former father in law called him a murderer.
