[FONT="]Young noted three dents on different walls. One dent was approximately five feet high behind the door of the master bedroom and another was near an outlet.[/FONT][FONT="]The other dent appeared in the bathroom. Below the dent in the bathroom, there was a cracked light switch, according to the officer.[/FONT]
[FONT="]At the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, Young took photos of Molly Corbett and Martens, which were shown to the jury. Young said none of the photos indicated injuries. The officer said Martens had blood drops on his shirt, watch, fingers and feet.[/FONT]
[FONT="]One of Molly and Jason Corbett’s neighbors, David Fritzsche, described his and Jason Corbett’s relationship as “friendly.” He testified that he participated in a soccer league with Jason Corbett in the summer of 2015. On the day of Aug. 1, 2015, Fritzsche said, he and Jason Corbett were cutting grass. Afterward, the neighbor testified, he and Jason Corbett sat in chairs and drank seven or eight beers together.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Fritzsche said Molly Corbett’s parents arrived at 8:30 p.m. Jason Corbett went to help with unpacking the car. The neighbor said Jason and Molly Corbett both appeared calm at this time. At 3:30 a.m. on Aug. 2, 2015, Fritzsche went to use the bathroom and could see the crime scene from his window, he said, but he went back to bed.[/FONT]
[FONT="]The neighbor said Molly Corbett was brought to his home around 5:30 a.m. by a law enforcement officer. He testified that Molly Corbett was visibly upset but that he didn’t notice any injuries[/FONT]
