You have a door into the bedroom from the hall and as you go to the bathroom there is normally wardrobes left and right so it kind of narrows to a corridor to the bathroom. At least that is what I have experienced when visiting my daughter. Not sure if the bedroom was at the front and bathroom at the back but it seems so. The blood was trail when Jason was carried from the bedroom to the ambulance from the bedroom, through the hallway and out the door.

Full testimony of blood spatter expert re TM underpants which had not been sent for testing, judge needed to check points of law in this regard

Well, for the first time, my opinion on this case is shifting. My opinion on Tom Marten is shifting. I thought only Molly could exhibit that rage. But here's a man who has been "hating" for a long while.

Feel the exact same way. I always believed he was the cover man. NO MORE !

Do we know who's on the stand at the moment?

I just want to add and I don't disagree but Molly is not the weak defenceless lady she is being portrayed. She's wearing a jacket in court everyday . She has strong arms . She does kickboxing and swimming . She's athletic not skinny there is a huge difference.IMO she is also agile and could easily have out run Jason and defended herself if necessary. They showed the picture of the drinks on the table for a rason IMO . Long after Jason went to bed Molly stayed up drinking. The no prints on the bat is very telling IMO . I believe she has the strength the motive and most of all the sense entitlement that was given to her by her parents . When Tracy takes the stand I'm sure she will be asked about when Molly confessed to her

IMO, Jason was deceased long before 911 was dialed. ( Remember how the EMTs said his body was cold to the touch? ) They were cleaning up the crime scene. To me, the fact there were no fingerprints on the baseball bat used in the assault, is an indication of guilt.

IMHO

I wonder if the jury will sense the attitude of superiority in these comments by Martens. He had disdain for Jason, his Irish family, and his "rowdy" friends. It almost sounds like bigotry to me. Yet, he was more than willing to take any material benefits, vacations, etc. and insert himself intimJason's children's lives.

This disgust seems broader to me than just confined to one individual. Martens definitely believed he was a superior class of person, or so it seems to me from this testimony.

Really wonder how the jury will see this?

It is a bit unclear - was the witness actually at the pre-wedding function, and describing Jason's friends as rude herself?

As for this:

"It was common-knowledge among all the employees (in the unit) that Mr Martens had disdain and dislike for Jason Corbett and that he often acknowledged or made statements to that effect," Mr Brown added."

As a jury member, that would not sit very well with me. It would make me think "office gossip".
