Will prosecution get to talk again?

The prosecution has the opportunity to make the final comments if they choose. Then the Judge will give the jury instructions and we all sit and wait. I seriously doubt that they will even begin deliberations today with the late time.

They don't go to prison straight away even if found guilty . There is a sentencing hearing and because they have no prior convictions they are free till then that's right isn't it

Irish law there is strict rule a remand in custody for serious offenses and brought back from prison if the trial judge needs time to deliberate.

It's crazy Emma...it appears to me some of her supporters on here would have provided her with a better defense than her own crack team!!

Me too TBH but they have no evidence of abuse because it never happened so their case is reasonable doubt nothing else

This was a very expensive legal team. I haven't seen anything to undermine the case put forward by the prosecution. There whole argument is - we say that JC was violent and thats it. Ignore the scientific evidence, just believe us because we say it.....

All IMO

The validity of the will is determined by the place of residence at the time of death. That is usually where the bulk of the estate will be and where the estate will be probated.

Glad for the information..off topic but if mailbox is full no one can send replies sometimes it's helpful to empty it.

[FONT=&quot]Defense now questioning credibility of witnesses brought in by the state. Says Molly wasn't tested for injuries on site.

The defense has always the last say it can ping pong back and forth if the trial judge considers there are valid and important issues.

[FONT=&quot]Defense claims Molly had no blood spatter around her neck because Jason was covering it up by chocking with hands or arm. #

[FONT=&quot]Defense brings up size of Jason again- 6 feet about 265 pounds compared to age and size of Thomas and Molly when considering self defense.

Just hope they aren't "fixing" for a retrial in another county
Lots of people taking notes for them in the gallery apparently, I suspect they aren't going to think of the kids and in remorse do their time, they aren't that kind of people.

Sick to out of my stomach and barely able to string a coherent sentence together with nerves today ... but yes, I believe if they are found guilty there will be an appeal. Their teams have had an appeal in mind all throughout.

Rest in peace Jason, whatever the outcome. You and your brave devoted family are in our thoughts and prayers.
