obviously her apartment was not the scene of a crime. parents and husband staying there. I dont think that she was ever at the entrance either. on a friday night at that time residents and guest would be coming and going. It was a friday night and around the time bars close. moo

I could make a case for NH or MB committing this crime. But if it was MB, he sure lucked out that her ride home was a RSO, to keep the focus off of him.
If it is true that LE found khakis and a white shirt with blood, I wonder where they found them...I am not sure of the height and weight of NH or MB, would they have worn the same size clothes?
IMO, it would be more likely that MB would be wearing khaki shorts and a white shirt...it just doesn't seem like the type of outfit that NH would wear...being homeless and all. I could be 100% wrong on that, it is just a feeling I have. I think someone at the bar would remember if NH was wearing khakis and a white shirt.

Nick is 5'11 according to his rso page. :seeya:

Kelli married Mike Bordeaux in 2010. Some friends have told us he may have recently moved back to Central Florida, but we don't know why.

Police said Mike Bordeaux has been cooperating with their investigation, and confirmed he was not with his wife the night she disappeared.

"All I want is my sister -- I just want Kelli Bordeaux to be brought back to us safe," said Cox.

BBM: IIRC, she joined the military in April 2011 and moved to Fort Bragg in November 2011.
That is from memory, so I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure was never deployed.

Curious how long they dated before they got married, although it probably has no relevance.

Bordeaux's family has traveled from Florida to Fayetteville.

They are staying at the apartment off Ramsey Street where Bordeaux lived with her husband, Michael.

He was leaning on the balcony railing in front of the apartment Thursday afternoon, smoking a cigarette.

"Kelli's an awesome person," he said, taking a drag off his cigarette. "I just want her back."

I wonder what the ALE (Alcohol Law Enforcement) ruling is going to be on this whole thing. A cash only bar? I'm sure they're checking all the records, taxes paid, etc. I feel for whoever was slinging beer that night. It is a bad feeling knowing something went wrong after you served someone. (Be it DWI or what have you).

Didn't see that, but did notice the police chief took a couple of long blinks as well. Do you reckon he's lying too? It's not like he holds his eyelids shut for a full minute every time... it's only a fraction of a second, and they ARE standing in bright daylight. He seems very believable to me, but what do I know?

The Chief is also holding back information..picking carefully what
he wants to share...^i^

rpgman,

There aren't enough chivalrous men like you anymore and the world sure could use some!

Agreed. Standard protocol to preserve the investigation.

As for NH lying or whatnot...there are people who can see and interpret micro expressions, which most people miss because those expressions are only a fraction of a second. I bet one of them would have a field day reviewing this guy's interviews.

It's possible they have not been able to locate everyone who was at the bar. Sometimes it takes time to track people down, particularly if they didn't have a list of names to start with.

I do not believe there was an attempt made to do so. They are doing so now.

I would really like to know who she was texting with while she was at the bar. If she was indeed texting any one at all. It sounds as if the police have verified the apartment is not where whatever took place happened if they are allowing her family to stay there, JMHO

If u click on the ariel view it does seem like it was a pretty good walk to complex. would he have to turn around in the complex to leave? woods all around too. if he had to go down to turn around he would of passed her while leaving. moo

This is dependent upon two things. 1. If the location they are showing you is the actual place where she was dropped off, and not further down the road. 2. If she said it after he had made the turn off Ramsey or before. If she said it before he could have easily made a wide u-turn at the end of the road.

I wonder what information they will be able to gain from interviewing the bar patrons...since it seems that whatever happened to her happened after she left the bar.
Ideas anyone?
