Well, they are saying she hasn't been seen by anyone EXCEPT the dad and sm. So she could have been locked in the house:furious: for a month but just died recently. But I have a personal feeling he was involved in at least a cover-up. MOO

Okay so the police did a welfare check on Coffey's daughter but not on Zahra.

This landlord/boss was their landlord for approximately 6 weeks. Was he a boss prior to that or was this a package deal? And did he know there was a daughter? My rental agreement with our tenant requires disclosure of everyone that will be living in the property.

That would be a major clue whether she died in the new residence or if they brought decomp scented vehicles with them after moving suddenly (following a major blow out with Bentley).

They are reporting that Adam is facing the same charges but they are withholding serving the warrant because he is continuing to cooperate.

I thought the dogs just hit in the vehicles, but even if they hit at the house, it could have been on something in the house...ie...blanket? Anyway, decomp can linger and since we don't know how long she has been gone....they need to look there and any other previous residence, IMO. They would know the area around there and feel comfortable, KWIM?

Right there - there is the WHY NOW! Bio mom FOUND them and probably has had contact with someone in the States to try to find out where her daughter is.

How sad - my prayers to the bio mom - she must be just devastated.

Other than the SM who it is clear is 100% involved I will hold off on attacking the father until LE implicates him or it is proven Zahra was gone a lot longer than Sat.

I really think people need to take a deep breath and try and remember that just like what happens in any high profile crime people are coming out of the wood work making abuse claims- how many of those people took the time to follow up on abuse if they saw it happening and how many are taking their 15 minutes of fame. Only time will tell.

If there were reports to CPS a good case worker would have gone to Dads job if they no longer lived at the address given in the report.

As for Bio/mom-- I just have to ask Where was she the 5 years BEFORE she decided to look for her daughter? I just can't bring myself to give this woman too much of my sympathy and emotional energy because even if she looked for her daughter for the past 5 years she still didn't look the 5 years before that.

I did notice the skirting was torn but it was an old trailer and I expected it. Also just as a note, and a funny, I have a strong nose for odor, my dh actually says I have a hound dogs nose, and I didn't smell anything bad, other than the gasoline spilled on the road.
