Thank you mama sleuth! Now if only this will be included with any and all updates in MSM re Tom Bearson. Social media could utilize it as well as NDSU.

I think the essential point I was trying to pose has been lost in the shuffle. Why cause a possibly already hesitant tipster to have to sleuth a way or use a backdoor to call anonymously? Isn’t the point to make them feel safe about their decision, and perhaps “lead” them so to speak to hopefully make that decision? Openly advertising a guaranteed anonymous tip line in association with the case, increases the potential of an otherwise reluctant or scared tipster offering information possibly vital to a resolution. The guarantee for the person utilizing this tool when offered through Crimestoppers, ensures that the tips can never be breached in court, and they can be subpoenaed, but it ensures that never coming to actuality. These guarantees are not in place when calling a law enforcement agency declaring self-proclaimed anonymity, or using a prepaid phone, or utilizing *67….or any other manner of trying to hide behind your phone.

There was a hang-up/ anonymous call made from a school nearby just before Tom was found... Fargo PD has this stuff online. Maybe you all missed it when focusing on facebook and twitter searches...

Here is the link to the Fargo Police logs if anyone is interested in reading them. I read the logs from Sept. 20 thru Sept. 23rd.

http://www.cityoffargo.com/CityInfo/Departments/Police/DispatchLog/FargoPDDispatchLogs.aspx

The only thing I found was an ATL (attempt to locate) missing student @ 2:08 on Monday the 22nd.

So his parents reported him missing to NDSU at 5:30pm on Saturday the 20th

NDSU reported him missing to the Fargo Police on Sunday night, the 21st

Fargo police dogs, officers and firefigters started searching for him Monday afternoon, the 22nd.

His body was found on Tuesday, the 23rd, in Moorhead.

Anyone see anything in those call logs that jumps out at you?

I found a hang up call on Sun. and one on Mon. Was there one on Tues, the day he was found? I don't get it though---what does a hang up call have to do with this case? I must be missing something

Perhaps was the tip that led the police to the RV lot? Anonymous not hangup.

Which call on the log? Just asking because I can't determine which call on the log is being questioned.

Maybe we all aren't the only ones that missed it, since this case hasn't reached any resolve yet apparently as a result.
Did see "suspicious activity/suspicious back pack" at 11:47 am on 9-23-14, I wonder what makes a backpack suspicious. :sheesh:

This led me to look up Moorhead Police records: http://www.cityofmoorhead.com/depar...ment/dispatch-calls-for-service?dt=09/23/2014
I don't see anything showing Moorhead Police at Larrys RV on 9/23? Larry's RV address is 3002 24th Ave S.
There is a call that came in 9/23 at 10:21am ?'s for officer - Public Assist. Tom was found shortly after that correct?
This article states he was found at 11:20 - http://wjon.com/update-fargo-police-schedule-news-conference-on-search-for-tom-bearson/
I can't find the article that notes body was found due to a tip (tipster).
If you look at the Fargo PD records, there is an Assist Cass County (which is Moorhead) at 10:11 am on 9/23.

Moorhead is in Clay County----Fargo is in Cass County. The assist at 10:11 is at the 700 block of Broadway, which is in the area of the Merit Care Clinic in Fargo.

Duly noted & you are correct Rocco! My bad!

Curious that friend MT's tweet for #Justice4Tom to @WDAY news and to @Fargo Police---don't come through at all today on his birthday. Thoughtful gesture though on friend's part.

Two articles yesterday for TB's Birthday:

WJON: Friends, Community Give Heartwarming Birthday Gift in Honor of Bearson
http://wjon.com/friends-community-give-heartwarming-birthday-gift-in-honor-of-bearson-photos/
"Detectives continue to investigate the unsolved murder of Bearson.
Lt Tory Jacobson, with the Moorhead Police Department, says they remain in frequent contact with Bearson’s parents and continue to keep the information out there in hopes someone can recall something from that night."

Thanks for those links, mama sleuth. I found this statement interesting:

"The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s office has said that a toxicology report had been taking longer than normal in order to finalize his autopsy."

HAD BEEN taking longer? So it's no longer taking longer? Sounds like the results are back by the way this statement is worded.

Depressing. Things look more bleak every day.

I'm thinking there will need to be a bolt from the blue at this point.

I WAS GOING TO SAY SOMETHING... But at the end/beginning of the day... it is up to TOM BEARSONS FAMILY.

tHEY want a resolution and JUSTICE for their Child right? Just thi nking I guess. ;)

TY for the new links, mama sleuth.

The luminaries tribute was so sweet and poignant. Touched my heart.

I have been told that under-age freshman that like to party (but aren't frat members) often go to the frat houses to party, because the alcohol is available.
