A person held against their will can absolutely be drugged involuntarily including by injection. To my knowledge date rape drugs like GHB, ketamine, etc do not commonly cause overdose.
I could be wrong.

I just believe it would be pretty difficult if she fought back, maybe she did maybe she didn't. And I have read my fair share of cases of girls ODing on different varieties of date rape drugs, just depends on how much was administered and if her body could handle it. Everyone's body is different.

I agree. It's just not as common as overdose from fentanyl laced drugs that are plaguing the entire nation at the moment, which also include fentanyl sold as oxycodone. And as life would have it I get to often interact with many addicts, alcoholics, etc and to listen to their stories many of them, both male and female, use "roofies" as a party drug.

BTW NONE of this should be taken as victim blaming in any way and is not a suggestion that Sydney was looking for hard drugs or was in any way complicit in her own disappearance.

Investigation Discovery (ID) have now picked up the story. Hopefully this will bring more attention to the case.

Suspicious that BB’s Tinder name is “Audrey,” when her accomplice’s name is “Aubrey.”

I 100% believe Sydney was set up and this sounds like a textbook trafficking scheme. I hope she’s found alive, and soon.

BB selling things online as part of a mid level marketing is pretty common nowadays. Most popular among people around her age because it allows people to make income without leaving the house, that’s the incentive anyway but mid level marketing only works when selling to lots and lots of people and is pretty difficult to make a living from without actual effort. There has been one thing i haven’t heard here yet and maybe I just missed it but does anyone else think it strange that the POI were first reported by the police with a picture of them at the casino? It’s a fact that is odd to me, and reminds me of most theft pictures you see on the news when people rob a bank for example. Why use those pictures when they had fairly current mugshots. It makes me wonder if perhaps they were attempting to use a credit card or such that belonged to Sydney. If this is the case that could be the reason to search for and arrest the suspects. Sorry if I’ve posted something I’m not supposed to I’m new here but have been following along for a couple days now.

This is true, even here in the UK. There was a story in one of our newspapers today about a 26-year-old woman who advertised and sold products through her Facebook profile and made thousands. She did it from home and didn't even need to leave her house. Unlucky for her - trading standards arrested her as the products she was selling were fake and dangerous as they wasn't created using standard legal procedures - think make-up etc.

Thanks I got it I just don't think they will let me post it

Echoing again what a few others have mentioned, it's very telling that Bailey never says where she dropped Sydney off beyond "At a friend's house" (at Sydney's Request)

Aside from the fact that these two DEFiNITELY strike me as the types who would have no problems pointing fingers if that's what really happened (ie "She wanted me to drop her off at a friend's, that address was --------" or "It was on 3rd Street, a grey house with white shutters"
They aren't giving up the person, which would take the heat off of them because there IS no other person. If there was, they would have given that info up immediately to LE as well as in their videos.

Additionally, it would make little sense for Sydney to request that. It's a small dinky town, maybe Sydney DID know of someone there.....but why on Earth would you ask to be dropped off at that person's house on a whim, not knowing if they are home or able to drive you back to your place. It's not logical. (Reason #2 for my not buying their BS story)

Those two honestly don't seem to be very street smart. How they've managed to get this far as crooks and thieves is honestly surprising.

That white thing that looks like a vehicle never changes position. It doesn't get closer, move to the side, or pull away during the entire video. First I thought, maybe they were being towed? I suspect that she may not have been driving during the recording. At any rate, LE has them now. How curious that during the briefing the officer stated they had been arrested and then had to recant that? I know this much, after just seeing two videos by Trail, I can't imagine the entangled mess LE will have trying to sort out all his statements. Maybe it becomes easier once he is answering questions rather than inspiring more?
Could be a parked vehicle. I don't think she looked like she was driving either. Very unusual circumstances with the hair change sunglasses etc. I am also still wondering about this K person who was with them for the week from 15th to 22nd. She must have met Sydney surely?

Also suspicious she has a "Tinder" phone. Why a separate phone just for that?

What are you toughs on maybe this K person has Sydney

I found it odd that two mid-20s women and a 50ish year old guy would be driving around in a car smoking pot. Isn't that something you can do now in the comfort of your own home? Driving and smoking sounds so teenage-ish. This is why I don't even think they drove around and smoked like Bailey said.
Also the other girl that AT mentioned who was with them for a week until 22nd. So him and three young 20 somethings. And LE said the other girl was in danger so she went home before Thanksgiving. What did that mean, if it is true?

Because she uses it a lot....like a business phone, I suppose.

So why would you constantly want to meet up with other women (or men) so much so that you need a separate phone and false identity for that purpose? Has anyone got into her Tinder?

I assumed the friend of Sydney would be in Lincoln not Wilbur. BB picked up Sydney and brought her back on first date then did the same on second date but drops her at a friends. Didn't Sydney need to get home for the cat and work? And why did her phone not leave Wilbur if she did?

I have been thinking about the first video where BB says she and Sydney swapped numbers.
This just seems so strange to me that I keep going back to it.
Surely they would have swapped numbers on tinder way back before they even decided to meet up? I'd say that would be the norm with most tinder users, but just say they (more likely Sydney given where we've ended up) were playing it cool/safe and decided to wait.. then surely when you decide to meet you take the number incase you're running late, lost, cancelling etc?
Maybe not..but... then... surely, surelyyy when you go on the first date and hit it off and plan another date, you swap numbers?

It's not particularly relevant, just really strange to me. I know we can't take BB's word for anything, but this just seems a really odd thing to include in her breakdown of the second date, it kinda makes me wonder if she's actually describing the first date or something?
She must know that if they actually swapped numbers earlier cell phone activity could likely prove this.

No matter when they swapped numbers, BB has now confirmed that they did. I would absolutely expect there to be some record of her blowing up Sydney's phone when she realises she never made it home if she were innocent.

Out of interest, does tinder save chat logs?
