Thank goodness someone had sharp eyes and called in this truck.

As I understand it from the earlier breaking news, the woman, who was part of the couple who actually discovered this baby boy at 5pm on Sat, is the same person who saw the vehicle at 4 corners near her home at 7:30am that same day.

I couldn't agree more. I don't believe in being excessively nosey or panicky over every little thing but with something like this, a truck at a rest stop was a pretty clear cut decision.

If I were in the truck and I had nothing to do with it and it was the wrong truck, I would prob be annoyed, embarrassed and scared to death but grateful they followed up for something that important.

Good thing she has sharp eyes.

I have the woman's name and address. Just pulled her up. Or at least the woman's name that owns the truck. She lives in Irving, Texas. I don't think I can post the full name on here, but the first name is Julianne.

I too am close to the area and have been watching with interest.
I'm not judging anyone until there is more info.

According to police the child was healthy and well cared for. He was "placed" in a blanket and left.

It's quite possible that he died of some natural cause and this woman was poor, out of her area due to the miltary and panicked.

If that's the case she can only be charged with illegal disposal of a body. Of course I've been wrong before.

Yes, we all get our hackles up because it's a child, but there may be some circumstances we're not aware of.

Of course, that being said if she killed him, I'm voting to reinstate the death penalty!

But all said, I commend the Maine and Massachusetts State police for keeping their wits about them and hopefully bringing this to some sort of conclusion.

OMG,,,what did I miss,,,they found her?????????
