Also Thursday, Louisia Noyes said she is frustrated with authorities. Earlier this week, they told her there was nothing new in the investigation. But a customer on Thursday entered Noyes’ workplace, the Lads and Ladybugs consignment shop, and told her a grand jury will hear information about the case.
“They just said it was a grand jury,” Noyes said. It was upsetting not to hear it from officials, she said.
“I had called several different people and they said, ‘No, nothing new.’ Then I hear about this at work today,” Noyes said Thursday night. “Why wasn’t I informed?”
