I missed this when linked up-thread. I assumed she might be going to Dover to meet up with UNH friends/students.

"According to Marriott's uncle, the text sent at 8:55 p.m. Tuesday was to her good friend in Westborough, saying she was hanging out with friends she met through work at Target."

That seems to go along with him saying, &#8220;She&#8217;s a pretty smart kid but again, she&#8217;s naive, at 19, everybody&#8217;s nice and everybody&#8217;s your friend and to not know who these people are that she was with, that&#8217;s the scary part.&#8221;

It's unclear to me whether he is somewhat familiar with the Target people she was with or not, or if he is just wondering about them because he doesn't know them at all. Hoping for the best.

This is the video that shows the Sawyer Mill Apartment sign...also the Uncle says she is naive and it didn't make him feel comfortable that he didn't know these friends....so that could mean either way...they are new friends or her uncle just doesn't know them....

Perhaps she looped over onto Rt. #16 South right at the Dover line, (cell phone ping in Dover) and headed towards Newington/Portsmouth?

Her phone would have pinged off a different tower, I'm pretty sure. There is one on Spur Rd in Dover and then multiples in Newington/Portsmouth. She would have been out of the range of Garrison Hill tower at that point.

True but Hilton Park is a mess right now with the bridge construction and a good portion of that happens at night.

Those areas would ping the Spur Road tower in Dover for sure too.

The clip does show the Sawyer Mill Apartment sign in the background and also pans around the parking lot of the complex. Good catch!, I initially thought they were still showing the UNH Durham campus not a residence in South Dover.

If it is relevant, and that was Elizabeth&#8217;s destination, it&#8217;s only a 10-12 minute drive from campus.

Police in Chester, N.H. said they will make an announcement on the case of missing UNH student Elizabeth (Lizzie) Marriott around 6 p.m. tonight.
The FBI&#8217;s Major Crimes Task Force today joined the search for Marriott &#8211; a 2011 Westborough High School graduate and UNH student who has been missing since Tuesday night, Westborough Police Lt. Todd Minardi said.
Minardi said the FBI is assisting N.H. State Police and local authorities.
&#8220;(Westborough Police) have offered any assistance we can, but the case is being handled in New Hampshire,&#8221; Minardi said.
Chester Police Chief William F. Burke said Marriott, 19, was last seen on the UNH campus at one of her nighttime classes Tuesday.

The Chester Police Department, where the missing person report was filed, is serving as headquarters for the investigation. Local police, as well as the state police, FBI and Fish and Game officials, are involved in the search.
Young, who heads her office's criminal bureau, was in Chester Friday to help marshal resources and assist in the investigation
"I wouldn't read anything dire into the fact we're here," Young said. "We have a missing student from UNH and when we can tap state, federal and local resources we can increase manpower significantly."

Hanna said police have discovered that Marriott's phone sent two more transmissions on Tuesday evening -- one at about 9:30 p.m. and another at about 10:10 p.m. The last transmission was sent from a cell phone tower in Dover, according to Hanna.

The car was not found at UNH, Hanna said.

Family members have called around to local hospitals, but none has reported having contact with Marriott, Hanna said.

It doesn't seem as though a search has been organized. Does anyone have a link to any information about volunteers or an organized search? I guess I will go again and search roads again. Today I tried different routes that she would have gone from UNH to Sawyer Mills Apartments...and back to her home in case she just changed her mind and went home...thought maybe her phone battery died and she might have gotten lost and just decided to head home.....if she is an inexperienced driver it could have been difficult for her to find a new place, in the dark.....
