Just Moo but did he suspect her of cheating and he felt justified in having a violent reaction. A crime of passion, which is never a reason to touch another human being can be used as an excuse.

I suspect the circles in which they socialised are somewhat small and this suing for money is conjecture by the newspaper.

The accusations made by Francesca and Elisabetta Grillo came during a pre-trial hearing in London on Tuesday, Nov. 26. The sisters have been charged with defrauding Lawson and ex-husband Charles Saatchi out of more than 300,000 pounds ($484,600) while employed by them.

However, as part of their defense, the Grillo sisters claim Lawson authorized them to freely use Saatchi's company credit card in exchange for their silence regarding her alleged drug use...

Two former personal assistants to celebrity chef Nigella Lawson and her ex-husband Charles Saatchi splashed out on luxury goods on company credit cards, a court heard Thursday.

The former assistants, Italian sisters Francesca and Elisabetta Grillo, are accused of fraud. They deny embezzling hundreds of thousands of pounds from the couple.

The first witness, Rahul Gajjar, an accountant for Saatchi, told the court in west London that Francesca had 64,336.97 pounds ($104,500) in expenses on her company credit card in June 2012...

So he chokes her, then threatens to ruin her. That didn't work, so he threatens to kill himself. That didn't work, so he threatens to sue her and 'tell the truth'. That didn't work, so he goes out and is all smiles along with the ladies (when he was previously a recluse). That didn't work, so he says she's a drug addict. That didn't work and now he misses her terribly and doesn't know if she ever took drugs.

She needs an AVO against him. He's unpredictable and violent, and hellbent on revenge. I believe he'd do more than choke her if he had the chance.
