The notorious New Jersey 'tanning mom' who made headlines over accusations that she took her five-year-old daughter to a tanning salon has become the subject of a Saturday Night Live spoof.
Patricia Krentcil's exposure to sun booths was the butt of jokes during the late-night comedy show's Weekend Update with Seth Meyers.
Meyers 'interviewed' Krentcil, played by actress Kristen Wiig, who had plastered herself in fake tan and was wearing a tight leather jacket and white flowery headpiece to mimic the New Jersey woman's look.

At least 63 local tanning salons have banned the 44-year-old mom of four — saying she’s giving the industry a bad name.

Some salons have even put wanted-style posters behind their counters alerting staffers to keep her from getting past their front doors.

Photos just published in the new issue show a smiling 44-year-old with a healthy, natural glow, a sharp contrast with the dark, leathery complexion that turned her into the butt of jokes after she was charged with allowing her young daughter into a tanning booth with her.

“Everyone says I look so much better less tan,” Krentcil told the magazine. “I feel weird and pale.”

Patricia Krentcil, whose ghastly burnt-sienna-tinged skin turned her into a Web celebrity, was the guest of honor last night at a roast at a drag-queen show in Hell’s Kitchen — but got so sloshed that she was tossed.
The New Jersey mom of five was being feted at the event, called “Tan Mom at Hot Mess,” at the XL Club on West 42nd Street.
“She showed up for the red carpet and fell over,” one witness told The Post.
